- MJMacKay JonesJan 6, 20261.0We've had sooo many issues with our house. The builders didn't install the roof correct in year 1 so disaster control had to fix all of the soaking, moldy drywall. Now, this week, we had a sewage leak because of a crack in the main sewage pipe. Luckily my father in law fixed it or else it would have been a catastrophe. Not to mention the floor already bows and the carpet is scrunching up in areas. This house isn't even three years old!! They just build these way too fast with no attention to detail.

Constantly getting letters for parking in my own driveway and fees go up every year despite being told they would never go up when I purchased my home. Everyone is encouraged to go to meetings, but it doesn’t make a difference because they don’t listen. I would highly recommend not moving into Wander until the HOA is run by the actual people who live there.
