  Oakwood Homes was incredibly easy to work with and very communicative throughout the entire process. From start to finish, everything felt organized, transparent, and smooth. Their preferred lender and title company were also great to work with, which made the experience even less stressful. Rachel Eyre was my sales person, and she was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. She was responsive, helpful, and truly cared about making sure everything went well. I would definitely recommend Oakwood Homes to anyone looking to build or buy a home!

  We couldn’t be happier with our experience in this new construction community! From the beautifully designed homes to the thoughtful layout of the neighborhood, everything feels modern, welcoming, and well-planned. The quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail truly stand out. The builder made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and the sense of community here is already amazing. It’s the perfect place to call home!

  I would never recommend anyone to build with Oakwood homes after our experience with them. Our home is not even 4 years old, we have already had multiple very expensive repairs come up that are not covered by any sort of warranty. First, our AC went out after only 3 years in the home, and the repairman told us the house had a very cheap piping system from a brand that is under multiple lawsuits for being faulty. Now we are needing to drop $1300 to repair the hot water in our shower. It seems like these builders have cut a lot of corners at the cost of the homeowners and are not willing to rectify these issues. Additionally, many of the promises that were made while we were in the process of purchasing our home were never fulfilled (HOA rates won’t increase until the homeowners take over the HOA, building a bridge to walk to Patriot Park, deadlines for when the neighborhood would be complete, etc.)

  We've had sooo many issues with our house. The builders didn't install the roof correct in year 1 so disaster control had to fix all of the soaking, moldy drywall. Now, this week, we had a sewage leak because of a crack in the main sewage pipe. Luckily my father in law fixed it or else it would have been a catastrophe. Not to mention the floor already bows and the carpet is scrunching up in areas. This house isn't even three years old!! They just build these way too fast with no attention to detail.
