  We lived in a home managed by them for three years. The owner decided to sell, and we were asked to move at the end of our last lease cycle. I was concerned because some of the reviews make them sound like tyrants, and unfair on the move out, but I found them to be very reasonable. I therefore assume, based on this experience, that it is the complainers who are unreasonable, and not wolfnest. We worked so hard to return the house clean and in good repair and was worried they would still try to charge us on the deposit. They didn't. The check out process was painless and fast. I found them to be responsive, fair, and professional at the end of our time with them.

  We rented one of their pet-friendly homes for a short-term lease with our dog. IJ was the one who helped guide us through the pet approval and lease details. Everything was explained clearly and the process felt straightforward.

  It’s expected to see one star reviews from tenants, but this is coming from a property owner. I worked with them for just under 10 years on multiple properties. At first they were great, but slowly they became awful. Finally I ripped the bandaid off and I regret not doing it sooner. Believe me when I say your investment will be trashed. The repairs you pay for are the absolute bare minimum to meet the legal requirement (picture a 10 year old patching your wall). On larger repairs or issues the communication was terrible. No one seemed to know what was going on. There was a lot of turn over so I never knew who I was supposed to be working with. It required A LOT of babysitting and following up to make sure things got done towards the end. You will be paying to redo anything you paid them to fix. The move in and move out inspections are a joke and when you finally choose to part ways you’ll realize how trashed your investment is and how much money you wasted on their supposed “management”

  I own a rental property in Utah but currently live overseas. IJ from Wolfnest has been really helpful in keeping me updated about the property and coordinating things on the ground. It’s reassuring having someone reliable managing it locally.

  I was a potential tenant and their team was pretty responsive especially IJ when I had questions about application. The process was simple and mostly done online which made it convenient.
