I have been living here for one year with no intention of moving. I have lived at many different properties in different States and never had a better property management team. The pictures that I have added show EXACTLY what I moved into. The house cleaning team does a wonderful job taking care of the property with no ugly odors like other properties have. If maintenance is needed, they are scheduled according to my request and do not enter unless I have authorized it. Another pleasant point is the respect that I have been given by management and residents as a Service Missionary. If you are looking for a peaceful place to live, I invite you. If you have no respect for the place that you live, this is not the place for you. The only thing bad thing that I have found is that Yelp reports terraces and we don't have any.

I have lived here for about 8 months and this place has only gotten worse. The smell of marijuana is overpowering. This is a no-smoking building and yet people stand in the courtyard or parking garage and smoke and then flip their cigarette butts onto the ground. There is a dog policy on the size and the number and type of dog you can have but management doesn't care. I have had several scary encounters with very aggressive dogs. I would say at this point there's probably as many as 50 here. The kids are out of control. They're running up and down the hall screaming they're playing in the elevator so the elevators constantly broken. They play in the courtyard all hours of the night. They love to play soccer and the ball is bouncing off the windows I can't wait for one of those big Windows to shatter and maybe management will do something. They're supposed to be security but I've never seen them. The domestic violence and Drug deals are everywhere. We got new management a few months ago but without the cooperation of corporate and the police department nothing is being done. The Halls smell like poo and cigarette smoke and often whiffs of marijuana. These apartments may have cost 99 million but they were cheaply made, I'm not sure where the money went other than the pockets of the builders. There's police presence constantly there's homeless people who harass you every time you come and go. There's not enough parking spots in the garage for the people who have an apartment so you have to park on the street where your car can be towed after 10:00. You are very close to the fairgrounds so when they have events you can hear it. Overall, this is not a safe place to live. It's difficult to get deliveries because on weekends and after 5:00 the building is locked and delivery people refused to deliver because there's no place for them to park outside. This is why you can't give low-income people a nice place to live. They've trashed it. Doors slamming, people screaming yelling and fighting kids running up and down the hall all hours of the night and sirens 24/7 going up and down North Temple has become unbearable. I did not know that this was a neighborhood with high gang activity and there's been multiple shootings. This is not a place I would call home. This is more like a hellhole of homeless people domestic violence and drug dealers

Spark Apartments on North Temple in Salt Lake is greaß is great! Their management team works hard for their tenants and so does their security team at Rockwell Security Patrol, LLC. The apartments at Spark are set up amazingly!

The apartments themselves are great, but… there are too many homeless people, uneducated people (to put it mildly), and some drunks. It's difficult to keep the building clean; the elevators are always dirty, nobody cares about cleanliness (the building is cleaned three times a week), there's dog urine in the elevator, the common dog area is disgusting, and few people pick up after their dogs. The previous management was HORRIBLE, Laura. I hope this new management does something right.
