  I haven’t lived at Paperbox Lofts for long, but I am highly impressed with everyone who works in the leasing office and STEPHEN in MAINTENANCE. Stephen is very responsive to work orders no matter how minor they are. I vetted multiple complexes, I’m glad I decided on Paperbox Lofts for many reasons!

  Terrible. Do not move here. The garages constantly break, If you have something important to go to like work or the birth of your child and the garage lift is broke (which is constantly) good luck lol. When you go to the leasing manager (of which there is a new one every 5 months - super high turnover) they will tell you “they’re working on it” and you’re at the mercy of the garage door company. I once missed hours of work and asked the property manager to refund a partial amount of what I pay for parking and they told me to pound sand lol. They will at every opportunity reference the lease and nickle and dime you but if you have an issue suddenly the lease doesn’t matter and they ask you to be patient with them Common areas are dirty and disgusting, terrible amenities for a SLC apartment complex of its scale, terrible terrible management (especially the leasing manager when I lived there, dawn she was unprofessional and inconsistent in communication) The old manager Brooke and Mcall were solid but they left years ago, along with the maintenance guy so this place will get even worse. Dogs poop and pee everywhere, especially in the hallways and stairwells. The outside fake grass area heats up in the summer and you smell rancid burning pee everywhere. Not to mention the giant pitbulls and other dogs that come up to you with no leashes on and their owners not caring. On top of all this they overcharge rent for everyone who’s not on low income assistance. Don’t live here you’ll regret it.

  I have lived at Paperbox Lofts for more than one year and I’m very satisfied with my experience. Steven from the maintenance team was very helpful and professional. After I submitted my request, he responded quickly and fixed the issue perfectly. I really appreciate the fast and efficient service.

  Dawn, Ashley, and Steven have been so awesome and helpful with my move! Dawn was super kind and attentive, and just really easy to work with. They’re all so friendly and always ready to help with a smile. You can tell they work really hard to keep everything looking good, and it’s obvious they really care. I’m so grateful for all of them!

  Dawn and her whole team are fantastic! Genuine and welcoming from leasing to maintenace. (starts at the top) The property is clean and well maintained. Love the unique design and community feel right in the heart of the city.
