  Todd was extremely knowledgable in helping me set up an Air BnB facility. He was able to find a prime property, and helped me buy it at below market pricing. He recommended a very good source of financing. Since he is not only a real estate broker but a professional property manager familiar with Air BnB he set it up with professional quality photos. He then acted as host resulting in a Super Host rating. In 5 months we had a 90% occupancy. In short, I could not have done it without him. I highly recommend him for your property management needs.

  I have worked with Todd Marcus for a couple of years now and he is always very responsive and helpful. Northpoint is an excellent property management company.

  Do NOT utilize this management company for your rental needs. I have switched companies at the writing of this review. When asked to approve repairs for my rental I was never shown an actual estimate or receipt, since they hide the 10% markup for coordination and are not upfront about it. When I switched companies and asked for actual receipts for the payment of repairs made I was never able to get the actual receipts or even estimates. I needed these for tax as well as warranty purposes. My tenants dog passed away in December and I was never informed, so the tenant had continued paying their pet rent portion for a pet that did not exist. My owner contribution hold for repairs was not returned to me in full. I am still waiting for my tenants security deposit to be returned to me so that I may transfer it to the new management company. Whenever I call their owner line the person is unavailable and the mailbox is full.
