  My experience at Wilmington Flats has been amazing so far! Kenley was so welcoming and they answered all my questions about move in, and they’re a cheerful presence I look forward to seeing around the property! Hannah was very helpful as well, and overall I can tell I’m going to love living here. 😊

  I have lived at Wilmington flats just under 3 years and overall had a generally positive experience as far as apartment rentals go, especially in recent months. Great location and updated apartments. The building went through several management changes in the beginning that unfortunately led to a lot of frustration for residents. Communication was often unclear, policies felt inconsistent, tacked on random fees without explanation, and it was very difficult to get straightforward answers to questions or concerns. However, since the most recent management team took over with Hannah and Kenley, I’ve seen a really positive shift. Communication has improved significantly, and when changes or issues come up, they are explained in a fair, transparent, and professional way. It feels like the current team genuinely wants residents to understand what’s happening when you speak with them rather than leaving people guessing. I’ve seen great improvements like cleaner common areas, hallways that no longer smell like trash, external/package room doors that are secured/lock, staff present in the office during business hours, and overall approachable management. I also appreciate Gehrig in maintenance who promptly responds to my requests. My only recent complaint recently is how often the elevators are down, but suspect this is related to elevator manufacture. Current management has placed prompt requests for repair. Overall, I have had a positive experience with current management and would recommend living at Wilmington Flats.

  We had such a great experience with the leasing team at Wilmington Flats, especially Hannah. I initially reached out to ask about the property and their price range, and she was very responsive and informative. She explained everything clearly and made sure all of my questions were answered. During the application and submission of requirements, Hannah was incredibly helpful and patient. She guided us through each step, made sure we had everything we needed, and kept us updated throughout the process. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made everything smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate her support and highly recommend working with her!

  We have lived here for over 10 years and it is awesome! Gehrig is the man when it comes to anything Maitenance he is always so quick to fix any problems. Hannah and Kenley are definitely the best management team we have had since we started living here everything is always running smoothly and we rarely even have to go to them because they are on top of problems before the begin. The pricing here is super reasonable and the area is perfect right in the heart of Sugarhouse we love that we can walk to all sorts of good food spots also super close to the freeway entrance

  Having to work with the new Property Manager, Hannah, and the Maintance supervisor, Gehrig, they are the most wonderful people to work with. They are quick to respond, easy to talk to, and they have really changed this property around. Would highly recommend working with them!
