  Ive stayed here for 8 months now and the apartment experience has been pleasurable. The place itself has all I need plus additional space, with the parking garage being easily accessible and convenient. The staff is kind and helpful, keeps the complex smelling nice all the time, and the quick response to maintenance requests is great, though I hardly need to enter any. The neighbors are fairly quiet and all the animals are well-trained and adorable to see all the time. The area is nice and walkable. Youre close to a lot of stores, activities, the interstate, and emergency services. Affordability is good although utilities fluctuate a lot sometimes. The balconies offer a decent view if you get one. My only issue is the elevators as they can be slow and breakdown sometimes. The stairs are often faster.

Knowing that we can rely on her rapid communication significantly reduces stress and ensures issues are addressed quickly. The consistent care and prompt resolution of maintenance issues within the managed properties and common areas have been outstanding. We value her balanced and professional demeanor when handling sensitive tenant and resident matters. She manage challenging situations with fairness and diplomacy, which helps to maintain harmony among neighbors. Her professionalism is a significant asset to our community.   The new management team is on point, making great changes that matter. An increase to rent, new CAM charges, noise pollution, and rent cost to amenity ratio became uneven. Location is great and recommend this place to college students, travelers, and short term stays.

  I’ve had such a great experience living here! The customer service from Hannah and Kenley has been above and beyond—they’re incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and always willing to help. The community is very well maintained, and any issues inside the apartments or around the property have always been taken care of quickly thanks to Gehrig, the awesome maintenance tech. The whole management team has excellent communication and such a positive attitude, which makes all the difference. The location is unbeatable—I love the Hidden Hollow nature walk right behind the community, plus being next to Whole Foods, the pet store, and Sugar House Park. It’s only 2 minutes to the I-15 entrance, just minutes from Parleys Canyon, and about 15 minutes to the airport, so it’s super convenient without being right in the middle of downtown. On top of that, it’s an extremely pet-friendly community, Sokka and I love it here, they truly treat the pets like their own. I’ve loved the city living vibe here without the downtown chaos. Highly recommend!
