- HChannah cooperDec 29, 20251.0The worst experience ever. It took 6 months to receive our refund check, even after following up three separate times and being told it would be sent out asap. By the time the check finally arrived, one roommate was deployed and the other had moved across the country. When I went to deposit it, the bank wouldn’t accept it because all of our names were listed on the check as “and” instead of “or.” The bank explained that if it had said “or,” I would have been able to deposit it. I called TierOne and asked if I could bring the check in to have it rewritten with just my name or with the word “or” instead of “and.” I was told they couldn’t do that and the only option was for everyone on the lease to be present, which is completely unrealistic. This company has made every step 10x harder than it needs to be and seems to do everything possible to avoid returning money that is rightfully yours. Extremely frustrating experience.
- BLBrady LambDec 19, 20251.0This place is a joke. Had no issues till we moved out. Their checklist is insane. If you don’t change a bulb it cost 10 dollars. I also provided photos of wall damage in the walls when we moved in and they tried to blame it on us. They claim they did their check and didn’t see it. I have no clue how they would have missed it. It then took 5 months to get money back from them. If you have to use them I recommend taking photos of everything. No matter how big or how small. Oh also, their labor guy charged us 800 dollars for 6 hours of work. This place is a rip off. I would never use them again.
