  Our experience with Tierone Real Estate has been excellent. They were fair and honest intermediaries throughout the rental process. They were always respectful and professional, and they never misused the security deposit. We left the house clean, with the paint and the rest of the property in good condition, and they only used what was necessary from the deposit, showing transparency and trust. During the year we lived in the property, we were never bothered by the company. At the end, when the owner decided to sell the house, we were asked for a few visits to show it, which was stipulated in the contract. Tierone made sure the visits were minimal (two or three) and conducted respectfully. Whenever we needed assistance, they were always willing to help and answer our questions, making the entire experience very positive. I highly recommend Tierone Real Estate for their honesty, professionalism, and fair treatment of tenants.

  Living under this company felt like paying premium prices for bargain‑bin treatment. Every interaction made it painfully clear that residents are nothing more than revenue streams to them. Maintenance requests vanished into a black hole, yet rent increases arrived like clockwork. Basic living conditions were ignored while they poured energy into squeezing out every possible dollar. Communication was either dismissive or nonexistent. When issues were finally acknowledged, the “solutions” were rushed, temporary, or outright useless. It’s astonishing how a company can be so present when it’s time to collect money and so absent when it’s time to provide the service that money is supposed to cover. If you value your sanity, your comfort, or even the bare minimum of respect, look elsewhere. This company may know how to maximize profit, but they have absolutely no idea how to manage a community. "Less Stress, More Profit" that incorrect alright they also tack on fee's with no explanation and never have you sign a renewal of a lease as long as the money continues but once you decide to move out they try throwing everything in their power at the residents to over charge you.

  Applied for an apartment and was told within an hour of submitting payment and the application that the unit we wanted wasn't available. We asked for a refund for the cost of background and credit check and were refused because the agent claimed to have already run those through which could not have been done since a SSN was not provided with the application. It shows bad faith to have agents who blatantly lie.
