  This was my personal experince with SevenO2 apartments. During the application process, I reached a point where I was required to place a security deposit in order to proceed. The lease was not provided until after the deposit was paid. After reviewing the lease, I decided not to move forward. No lease was signed and I never took possession of a unit. When the deposit was not refunded, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Several weeks later, the matter appeared in a tenant screening system as a collections-related item, which resulted in a rental denial elsewhere. After formally disputing the classification with the screening and collections agencies, the entry was reviewed and corrected. Be very cautious about paying a deposit to them.

  I love living here. I have literally no complaints, my apartment is so nice, the amenities are amazing, and the staff goes above and beyond. I was at work the other day and was worried I left lilies out for my cats to get to. I frantically called the office and Brooke took the time to check my apartment and let me know that everything was alright. Thank you for the peace of mind!
