Management has been responsive and easy to communicate with, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The community feels safe and quiet, and the location is convenient for work, errands, and restaurants. Overall, it’s been a comfortable place to live and I would recommend it to others

I tried calling multiple numbers multiple times and no one answered. It was clear to me that no one was there (obviously right?) so we left. I called later in the day and still no answer so I figured maybe they just weren’t open or something. On Monday I called again to clarify that they did do tours on Saturdays and was told they were there that day. I’m not sure where they would’ve been but they assured me they were there although I even made sure with them that I was in the right place. They asked if I wanted to schedule another tour and I said sure because maybe it was just a mistake. When they went to reschedule they already had all my information, so they definitely had us on their schedule for the Saturday. We ended up rescheduling to this Saturday, and someone was actually here! I kid you not, the man told us AT THE DOOR that he was “too busy” and his coworker called out so he wouldn’t be giving us the tour. At this point we’ve driven 30 minutes both ways to this place twice just for our time and gas to be wasted. I’m very frustrated and wish they would’ve just called if they couldn’t do it either day. Update: the owner reached out to us and even came in on her day off to personally show us around. The apartments were actually really nice and the owner was really friendly too, she did everything she could to make it right, which we really appreciate. Definitely bettered our opinion of this place.

The 12 Days of Christmas events hosted by the property management team are amazing. They go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and at home. These events really help build a sense of community and allow residents and staff to connect in a genuine way.
