Love the manger! She is so nice and sweet and professional! If anyone deserves a shoutout in that building, it’s her she was helping me the whole time I was there. It was a wonderful help. I love living here because it is so amazing to have a manager that cares.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I genuinely love being here and being part of this community. One of my favorite things is how much thought clearly goes into the shared spaces. The dog park is great and consistently maintained every week, which makes a huge difference if you’re a pet owner. The clubhouse is amazing and easily one of the best I’ve seen—there’s so much room to spread out and actually enjoy it. Between the theater space, pool table, shuffleboard, fireplace, and tons of seating, it’s perfect for everything from casual hangouts to larger events. On top of that, there are three outdoor upper-floor hangout areas that are great for BBQs, relaxing, or spending time with friends and family. The amenities really stand out. The gym is extremely well equipped—honestly, you could start a small lifting team there. There’s also a massage room, a yoga parlor, and even a massaging water bed, which feels like a luxury you don’t usually get in an apartment community. What truly makes this place special, though, is the people. There’s a large, welcoming community here, and residents genuinely enjoy spending time together and helping one another. People regularly use the common spaces to plan birthdays, weddings, and group get-togethers, and there’s a real sense of connection that’s hard to find elsewhere. The property itself is quiet and peaceful. While there have been a few minor issues with the car lifts, maintenance works closely with the lift company and they’re usually fixed within about an hour, which I really appreciate. Lastly, the staff deserve a lot of credit. They work diligently to make sure residents are taken care of and often go above and beyond what’s required to keep everyone happy 😊 All in all, this is a fantastic place to live and an even better community to be part of. Highly recommend.

I recently toured this community with Dawn and absolutely loved the vibe. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had such a welcoming atmosphere. The management team was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole tour feel easy and comfortable. The pricing was great for what’s offered, and the dog park was a huge bonus—seeing all the dogs playing together was the icing on the cake. I ended up applying right after the tour and am really excited about the possibility of living here!

Its the city so I guess you can expect roaches. The car lift was down more times than I could count. Forget about being on time anywhere when you don't know if you can access your vehicle. Move out process an absolute nightmare! I signed my intent to move out in August (60 day notice), and when I left in October 14th the leasing manager said "great we just need your keys and you are all set" After leaving I get a notice of renewal and a text from the property. I respond and inform them we followed every move out step. They respond: "Hi So sorry for the late response! We got it all, i didn't realize we had that 60 day notice! Thank you:)" A month later (November) I get another renewal notice and contact them again and get an email response saying it was an error. Early December- now im wondering where my deposit is and surprise I get another renewal notice which I ignore because twice the property has informed it was just an error. Jan 1st receive a bill for 2 months of occupancy and a notice saying I owe them over $3000 and of course no deposit will be returned. Thanks for reading my experience I hope no one has to go through such an awful end of lease experience. The location is nice, solid community and rent was reasonable too its a shame all of it was soured by the car lift and moving out.

Worst place, don't live here... Even though we signed the moving out papers on time (in August, and our lease ended by end of October), also gave them the keys in the middle of October and left the place forever, they have been harassing us with the renewal and that we have to sign the papers etc. We keep telling them that we moved out, but it doesn't work and they charged us for 2 months of rent?! Plus a month-to-month fee. What the hell??? In the beginning I liked the place a lot, but it went downhill. Garage was broken more then not, dog shit everywhere, corridor smelled like pee and don't even mention the huge cockroaches running freely everywhere. Probably the only good thing is the location. Don't try to rent an apartment, the management doesn't listen, no matter how many times you tell them anything. And in case they reply that they understand and everything is fine - well, it's not true.
