  I have been living there for the past 3 years and the entire administration is very attentive and super serious in taking care of the residents. Since applying for a unit to signing up the lease contrat the Administration walked you through the entire process to ensure a full understanding of everything, so no room for errors! All facilities are in great shape, the gym, the pool, hot tub, the playground, everything is great condition, not to mention the units and for every work order placed a super and quick repair is done. It's a great experience living in Meadowbrook

  Super friendly and efficient staff. They addressed any complaints or concerns I had with noisey neighbors immediately and things improved. In addition the maintenance crew is extremely fast at addressing even the smallest maintenance request. Over all the grounds crew could step up their game on maintaining trash and recycling bins throughout the property. You should know though before moving in here that there is a LOT of external noise from the trains and interstate near by. I do feel the pricing is a little high given the inconvenience of the noise due to the location. Over all though great experience living here only moving because of the 4 am trains every day.

  I moved into my apartment a while ago here and have had a great experience so far. The office staff has been very helpful and friendly. I love the dog park for my baby yorkie. The location is so close to everything I need. I travel a lot so I love the airport TRAX line that is now open and I can just walk to the TRAX station and be on my way. I occationally hear my neighbors but nothing that will ever bother me. I really like the elevators since I wanted to live on a top floor with a beautiful mountain view. I hope to live here for a while.
