  I’ve lived in this apartment building for 6 months now, and unfortunately the experience has only gotten worse. Management seems to let literally anyone move in, and the result is a building that feels dirty, chaotic, and unsafe. The elevators and hallways constantly smell like trash or urine, and it’s common to find random garbage left everywhere. Such as RAW CHICKEN (literally) and NEEDLES On top of that, the police are here almost every other day. There’s nonstop screaming, arguments, and disturbances at all hours. People leave the front doors propped open, which makes the entire building feel extremely unsafe for residents. Parking on the weekends is a disaster—there are barely any spots available and no one seems to check whether cars actually belong to residents, so good luck finding a place to park. To be clear, the girls who work in the office are super friendly, helpful, and honestly the best part of this place. I don’t think any of this is their fault, but the overall environment here has become incredibly unpleasant. I’ve never had such a horrible apartment experience before, and I wouldn’t recommend this building to anyone. Needless to say we are counting seconds for this lease to end.

  Okay I have a story to tell I'll make it short and sweet I was rear-ended by a road rage driver highway patrol did not cite him and let him go so as I was dropped by five different lawyer firms I lost my luxury apartmt friends family everyone turned on me. It took three cranes to pull me back up from the six stories down I was left to die by society I'm over 50 I travel I've worked with movie stars Vegas I worked in the film industry I'm transportation been all over this country I've never met a woman stronger with the innate ability to decipher people's worthiness she saved my life she brought me back from the brink of destruction and put me back on my feet again to tell this story there's no woman alive I've ever met quite liker not enough words absolute class human being, she'll put herself in front of a train or a bullet to protect her people she's beautiful inside out all around and maintenance not enough words cut from the same blade there's real and there's fake reviews I'm for real you come find out you come here you'll never regret it absolute class place is stunning Management's even better amen!!!!

  My name is Will, and I’m in unit 501! I honestly don’t care who manages the property — what matters to me is the team, and I have to say, I freaking love Maxine and Bree. They go above and beyond every single time. As someone who’s worked as a leasing agent myself, I really understand how much effort it takes to make residents feel cared for, and they do it effortlessly. They’re always professional, kind, and genuinely invested in making this community a great place to live. I just wanted to give them the appreciation they truly deserve!

  To whom it may concern, my name is Frank Vasquez, I am a resident at Alta Vue apartments. I would like to share a few thoughts tords my application of service at Alta Vue staff . Upon signing my lease agreement I was greeted by a very welcome and kind person named Maxine.Maxine made me feel like I belonged and in spirit as if almost like family here. I felt as if I was in a good environment and that as a new person never having an apartment before they would help me understand how things work. Just want to say thanks and I like it here a lot !   Alta Vue was very quick and accommodating with helping me get into my new place. The staff is great and overall it was a great experience. The units are brand new, the security is on point and I would recommend you checking this place out.
