  Really disappointed when I come and visit my mother and this is what I see in the elevator on my way in, hours later when I exit still the same nothing's changed. Where is maintenance for times like these!!?!!

  If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. Once you move in, management could care less about you — they just want to hit their quick sale quota. Leaving the unit literally feels like a life or death situation. The smell that fills the building is disgusting and never addressed. Who knows where it comes from — people smoking in the hallways and elevators, literal poop being tracked back in because the outside areas are filthy, people sleeping in the hallways, or the massive bags of trash people leave in areas clearly marked for small garbage only. A piece of paper saying “you will be fined” does absolutely nothing when there is no action behind it. Nothing changes, nothing gets fixed.At this point, the police feel like our neighbors because they’re here every single night — and I’m not exaggerating.

  STAY AWAY. My two daughters live here. I was wary when they picked a location near where homeless frequented, but after moving them in and seeing the security measures they had in place, I felt a little better about it. Fast forward 6 months, one of their neighbors tends to have MANY visitors, maybe they’re selling Amway but I’m guessing not...Residents let homeless people in and they are often sleeping in the stairwells. Management just turns a blind eye. I bought both my girls pepper spray and tasers. Hopefully they can find another place to live soon.

  do not move here!! they let anyone live here and it has turned into an absolute mess. There’s trash everywhere, cars being broken into in the “secure” parking garage. Random people get in and knock on your doors. Today in the elevator a man told my friend and I that “he’s so shocked they let people out of prison come live in this nice place” he then told us how he just got out of prison a month ago and got approved. My sister and I do not feel safe here. look elsewhere, it is not worth it for the price. Also found this on the property where dogs can be taken out and i’ve seen kids play, in the community area.

  I have a family member who lives here and I have visited the apartments multiple times, from when they first moved in when it was brand new, to just a few weeks ago. This is not a place I'd recommend. As people have moved in, smoking is allowed and it has become smelly, it is dirty from trash left in hallways, hardly any parking, and just generally not kept up in the hallways and other common areas. At times they have felt unsafe walking to and from their cars as well as from overhead fights and arguments of neighbors. It does not live up to the expectations you would get from the description on the apartment website, and would not be a place for someone wanting a clean, quiet place to live even short term.
