  I genuinely love the location more than anything when it comes to the complex. Right next to Provo canyon and 10-15 minutes away from two universities. The management team was able to answer every question I asked very rapidly which I very much appreciate. The housing its self is nice the pool and underground parking are also a nice add on! I’m sure I will make great use of the awesome clubhouse feature! I’ve quite enjoyed my experience here so far!

  My experience living here has been very disappointing. The management is extremely difficult to work with and communication is consistently poor. Policies are often inconsistent — what’s written in the lease or paperwork rarely matches what management later enforces. They frequently add unexpected charges, often around $50, and make a point to tell you how “lucky” you are that it isn’t more. If you plan to renew your lease, be prepared for your rent to increase by several hundred dollars. Overall, the lack of transparency and professionalism makes living here frustrating and unreliable. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

  Hello, good day, We had to wait 4 days first (Delay to get our place ready) then 2 more days to move into our place. There were some issues that needed to be resolved. The team at Flats @ Riverwood took care of all the issues very fast. Now one week in, all the items have been resolved. There were a lot of items to address so no small feat. Desi and Jaime in particular got right to it, we were very impressed with the quick action and efficiency in which the issues were resolved. We were impressed with the care about our needs and really getting it to help us make it our home. They both were very understanding, professional and cooperative in fixing any concerns we had. Maddy was also very kind and helpful, as well as Brynn. They both were empathetic and listened to our concerns. They both were professional as well. We appreciate all of the team, I am sure others were involved and helped get it done. But our home is important to us, so the fact that you made it important to you is very much appreciated. You all rock! We love our experience so far. Thanks - L&D

  The Flats at Riverwoods have beautiful apartments at a fantastic location. However, these benefits are mitigated by unqualified and inexperienced management. They will constantly make fine threats to residents via mass emails but not follow the own requests (picking up dog poop). They will take days to respond to maintenance requests. If the system used to get into the doors goes down, they won’t even apologize. They’ll just send a reminder that everyone should also have a physical fob and not rely on the app, which they use as a selling point doing your tour. On a more personal note, we moved out after living here for four years. We deep cleaned the entire place, and paid a professional carpet cleaner. After we moved out I was surprised to see we lost our whole deposit. I reached out to ask why, and they said there were stains on the underside of the carpet, when I asked for pictures they sent me a zip file with a flats employee login to see, when I asked for pictures outside of the zip. They ignored me and sent me to collections. If your okay with being micromanaged by incompetent staff, then this is a solid option for you. You really can’t best the view

  I have lived at The Flats for over 3 years now, and could not be happier with my experience! Desi and the other office staff are always friendly and quick to respond, as is the maintenance team. The location cannot be beat - fantastic shopping, restaurants, and canyon access are all within a stone's throw. You will not regret moving to The Flats at Riverwoods!
