  I’ve loved living at 400 element! It’s in a pretty walkable area and I enjoy having a gym onsite! The only complaint I have is that sometimes things like gym wipes don’t get refilled for a while, but it’s honestly not a huge deal. My cats enjoy the balcony as well!

  Staff are super helpful, friendly, and quick with communication. We've had a few small maintenance things and each time it has been resolved very quickly. Very quiet with nice spaces to study!

  The staff is friendly and I appreciate the amenities like the gym, the lounge, and garage parking. The apartments look nice, but the materials are somewhat cheap and poor quality. I feel like rent is too high for the area, but management was willing to negotiate a more reasonable price with me. The first floor is really clean but the other floors are dirty and smell like trash due to their valet trash system.

  I only lived here for a couple months but this has been one of the best places ever. The people in the front office are extremely kind and helpful and made me feel heard any time something happens. And it's very affordable.

  They make money by putting boots on cars and towing them! My kid was invited to a birthday party here and it was held at the club house. Can someone explain to me why the parking that is RIGHT NEXT to the clubhouse isn’t Visitor Parking !? I did not think my car would be safe on the street , so I parked it in this parking lot and went inside the clubhouse for the party. They charged me $75 to get it off! Was a joke. I wouldn’t consider this place for living in EVER.
