- BBBen3 days ago5.0The View on 20th is a fantastic place to live. The property is well kept up. The location is convenient, while still being slightly removed from the busy, main roads. Lacy is such an involved and competent manager. She’s very responsible and always on top of what’s going on. She always seems so nice, regardless of whatever other problems she must surely be dealing with. Somehow she’s always attentive and considerate. Jim is a great maintenance supervisor. He’s quick to respond and to address any issue. He seems to know how to do everything. He can fix practically anything, and he’s so pleasant to be around. He genuinely cares for the tenants here and you can feel it! Laquelle is wonderful in the office. She’s the first one I see when I enter, and always has a smile for me. She’s so kind, and such a nice person to interact with. As the public face of the View on 20th you couldn’t do better! Whatever you’re paying these guys, it’s not enough. Give them raises! Keep them here!

The property itself is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere feels calm and well-managed.
