  The View on 20th is a fantastic place to live. The property is well kept up. The location is convenient, while still being slightly removed from the busy, main roads. Lacy is such an involved and competent manager. She’s very responsible and always on top of what’s going on. She always seems so nice, regardless of whatever other problems she must surely be dealing with. Somehow she’s always attentive and considerate. Jim is a great maintenance supervisor. He’s quick to respond and to address any issue. He seems to know how to do everything. He can fix practically anything, and he’s so pleasant to be around. He genuinely cares for the tenants here and you can feel it! Laquelle is wonderful in the office. She’s the first one I see when I enter, and always has a smile for me. She’s so kind, and such a nice person to interact with. As the public face of the View on 20th you couldn’t do better! Whatever you’re paying these guys, it’s not enough. Give them raises! Keep them here!

  I love this property! The location is great because it is in downtown Ogden and its right next to the Ogden River (and river parkway). The residents here impress me with their kindness and consideration- I truly appreciate them!

  The View on 20th has been an excellent place to live, and the quality of the management and maintenance truly stands out. From everyday interactions to handling concerns, Lacy, the property manager, consistently goes above and beyond. She is professional, approachable, and genuinely invested in the well-being of the residents. Communication is clear and timely, and it’s obvious she puts a lot of care into making sure the community runs smoothly and feels welcoming. Jim in maintenance is equally impressive. He is dependable, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly, and the work is always done right. He takes the time to explain things when needed and treats each request with care and respect, which gives real peace of mind as a resident. The property itself is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere feels calm and well-managed. Knowing there is a team in place that truly cares makes a huge difference in the living experience. I would confidently recommend The View on 20th to anyone looking for a community where residents are valued and taken care of.
