  Great place to live , Reasonable rent generally quiet. I would like to update this. This has been the biggest nightmare of my life. I’ve had men sexually proposition me.. Management is a nightmare, They made me sleep in my apartment after it poured water through the ceiling, creating me to get cellulitis because they made me stay there for 2 days . They told me to shower there. Seven days and then the Ogden fire department move my Handicap chair into the apartment they put me in. They even offered to move over . Well, now the works done. I have to go back over to the other apartment and they will not bring my bed so I would not recommend this to anybody. They are not responsible for anything that gets ruined in flooding or Disaster happening at the apartment they are not going to help you at all. You’re on your own.. I will finish my contract here, but I’m highly disappointed in the facility. There are a lot of shady people here, A lot of drugs get some very trouble some people. They will rip you off and I pay my rent on time. I’m an honest American citizen., This is a travesty what they do to people they moved their furniture into a different unit and then tell them they’re not moving it back. I do not have anybody that can help me. I am a Disabled 71-year-old female. My roommate has been in the hospital going on week five I don’t think he’s coming back. I think he’s on the throes of passing away. He’s been in rehab for three weeks. Maybe before since he went to the hospital the first he went six times before the hospitalized . So I have no one to ask him for help because I was isolated taking care of this person if he was needing care. update my roommate, and I are both very ill with the toxins still in the dwelling we had water coming down the kitchen, cupboard wall, walls, and new cracks in the kitchen by the light fixture. We are packing. We had to go to the doctor yesterday morning both of us he has pneumonia. I’ve got some kind of mold sickness even my dog had to take antibiotics.. I suppose if they used better supplies that lasted longer because the water heaters run a long time that means they’re going to wear out faster. There’s a lot of things that need to be changed to make these safer units because a lot of people have had floods.. They want to do a walk-through a half a month before I leave. I told them they can do the walk-through before I leave but not while we’re sick because we’re in the middle of packing still it’s slow when you have a broken back on a broken foot and you’re sicker than a dog. Getting around the boxes would be a chore plus we have two wheelchairs in there. It just doesn’t feasible to have somebody walking around their unit while you’re trying to get something done and you’re so sick. Yes, I have a broken foot a broken back because it’s not handicap friendly building. . and this is what I normally look like this was A pond waking yesterday

  It's an older complex. The kitchens all need to be regutted and have small dishwasher installed. Cabinets constructed from 40 year old mdf board. Interiors are all out dated. The only thing this place has going for it are the views, and the head maintenance manager (He's the hardest worker and the only one who won't walk off the job). He's Karen's nephew and the only one who won't walk out on her.
