Modern designs, unique finishes, and convenient amenities are waiting for you at Brickside Heights apartments. Our Millcreek apartments come in studio, one, two, and three-bedroom layouts that are spacious and adaptable. A variety of interior luxuries adorn them including stainless steel appliances, some select units have brand new flooring, and all units have a front load full-size washer and dryer in unit. As a resident of our pet-friendly community you will also have exclusive access to a 24/7 fitness center, clubhouse with lounge area, and bike storage among other life-enhancing amenities.

I have lived in Utah for the past four years and stayed in several different apartment communities, and Brickside Heights has by far been the worst in terms of management and service. The leasing office is often unattended, making it very difficult to get help when needed. Maintenance requests can take two days or more to be addressed, and sometimes there is no response at all. The apartment corridors are rarely cleaned, and overall upkeep is very poor.
The air conditioner was extremely noisy—more like a high-speed turbine—making it feel like sleeping in the middle of a factory. On top of that, the building uses a third-party trash service with a very small shared bin for all residents. The bin fills up within a day or a day and a half, trash pickup happens only 3–4 times a week, and when the bin overflows, residents are charged extra. Our trash bill was usually $35–$55, and when someone moved out and left unwanted items near the bin, it increased to $60–$65—even though it wasn’t our trash.
The apartment uses an app for door locking and unlocking, but it frequently does not work. When we reported this issue, management responded by saying they were not the ones who built the app, which is neither helpful nor acceptable. As residents, we reach out to management to resolve problems, not to be redirected.
The only positive aspect of this apartment is the gym, but even that is not proactively maintained. From day one, some equipment did not work. We also had to call multiple times just to get water bottles refilled and towels restocked. Nothing seems to be checked or maintained unless residents point it out.
Another major issue is package delivery. There is no guarantee for deliveries from Walmart, Costco, or Instacart. Only FedEx and Amazon seem to have consistent access to the building, which is very inconvenient for residents.
Overall, the service here feels like residents must constantly remind management of basic responsibilities, despite paying rent and service fees. The only thing we can do at this point is advise others to think very carefully before choosing this apartment. Don’t choose this place based on looks alone or how you are treated during the tour—every apartment management presents themselves well to attract customers. Unfortunately, the reality after moving in is very different. Don’t make the same mistake we did.
Thankyou,
HI
