Visit family members that live here. Sometimes they like the management but not always so it's hard to give a high rating.

The few times I've had the need for maintenance assistance, I've found the office and maintenance staffs to be quick, friendly, and efficient. It's clear they take pride in the community and are dedicated to its residents.

I moved into this apartment complex in 2023 and just moved out beginning of 2026. TLDR: don’t live here.
I would not recommend anyone live here unless you are willing to deal with the below issues. Keep in mind they charge median rent, it’s not much cheaper than other places around this area:
The apartment we moved into had black mold damage on the floor around the toilet, we were told it was “water damage”. This damage was extensive and never repaired. We were shown a different apartment than the one we moved into and never warned about the damaged floor. We were shown an updated and remodeled apartment when the one we ended up receiving was NOT updated or remodeled. The apartments (even the remodeled ones) are in incredibly poor condition. You cannot walk a step without your upstairs and downstairs neighbors hearing you and you will hear them as well.
Upon move in the apartment had not been cleaned. There was dirt all over the floor, food mess left on the stovetop, dirty mirrors, and a thick layer of dust on everything. The walls are “freshly” painted which just means they’ve hit everything (door hinges included!!) with the landlord special. The floor had multiple spots covered in paint. The vinyl flooring was also peeling up in multiple places and not even fully covering multiple spots on the floor???!
Anytime our upstairs neighbors used the bathtub our ceiling would leak. This was reported ASAP by us to the maintenance team. Maintenance left it leaking long enough it eventually started flooding our bathroom; water was pouring out of the bathroom vent. The maintenance team did not let the ceiling dry out before placing some dry wall spackle onto the cracks that had formed from the leaks and calling it a day. I have no doubt there is mold up there.
Our neighbors across the way frequently stole packages from us. They allowed someone to rent their covered car spot and live in the vehicle. The cops were called multiple times and at one point one of them was arrested. Management at the complex does not care.
Another resident of the same building was frequently outside of the stairwell blocking access to the stairs while smoking. Other times this resident would “play” with a knife by said stairs and not move when asked to move. Management at the complex does not care.
This is petty but there is a dog that one of the residences takes to the dog park every day; this dog barks nonstop from 8 AM to sometimes 3 PM. I am not lying; my friends were surprised how passionate this dog is about barking and how annoying it is.
Upon move out I was charged a cleaning fee even after cleaning the apartment prior to move out ($90 too might I add). This feels especially annoying when the apartment was disgusting upon move in. I was charged for dirty blinds and dirty drip pans; things I have photo proof of being cleaned. When I asked they stated that everyone who moves out gets charged a cleaning fee. They will nickel and dime you for every breath you take in that apartment. I am aware some of my issues involve residents at the complex which you cannot always control, however this was a shared experience among other residents at the complex. I would not live here again and would strongly caution anyone else from moving in. If you’re moving out, don’t clean the apartment they’re going to charge you anyways.

Cassidy at the front desk is seriously the best part of living here! Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with a genuine smile and they remember my name after just a couple interactions. They’ve helped me with package pickups, quick maintenance requests, and even gave great local recommendations when I was new to the area. Super friendly, efficient, and always professional—makes coming home feel welcoming. 10/10 would recommend this community just because of staff like Cassidy!
