  They really need to do some serious cleaning around here! The concrete is FILTHY and so is the parking lot!

  Just moved in to these apartments and the leasing process was easy, the leasing agent was very nice and respectful and explained everything and was very professional.

  I’ve been living at Florentine Villas for a while now, and overall my experience has been really positive. The community feels very safe, comfortable, and peaceful. I haven’t had any issues with noise or disturbances and it’s very clean which is something I really value. One thing I especially appreciate is the leasing office. Salvador has always been incredibly kind, respectful, and helpful. He’s always willing to assist with any questions, concerns, or situations that come up, and that really makes a difference. The only downside I would mention is with maintenance. Sometimes requests take a bit longer than expected, or things aren’t always fixed correctly the first time. However, if you follow up and submit another request, they do come back and take care of it. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and pleasant place to live, and I would definitely recommend it.

  Sal was amazing! From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right place. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, explained every step of the process clearly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
