  Lease is like 20 pages long, full of spiders, ant Colonies and rats everywhere. Pest control was a reoccurring interaction. Front desk is extremely unhelpful and clearly uneducated. Feels like a bunch of brand new employees trying to run a complex for the first time. Be weary. Much nicer places for better prices

  ​I cannot recommend Wasatch Club Apartments enough, specifically thanks to Josh! As a first-time renter, I was a bit nervous about the process, but Josh made the entire experience easy, comfortable, and incredibly informative. ​He is friendly, knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humor that put me right at ease. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed, leaving me 100% confident in my choice to live here. ​The complex itself is the perfect balance—it’s affordable but still looks very classy. I am so excited to move in and start enjoying all the awesome amenities they have to offer. If you’re looking for a new home, definitely go see Josh!

  Absolutely the BEST experience I have ever had finding an apartment. Everyone in the leasing office was so helpful and pleasant. I would recommend to any one looking for a new apartment.

  The Wasatch Club Apartments have a killer maintenance crew! We had an issue with our toilet and they were on it immediately. Callie, Corbin and Tylor are super awesome and well coordinated! Thank you guys so much!
