  Andy was amazing he was very professional, kind, courteous and fixed all of my needs. I don't mean to be a pain in the bum however one of the items that he fixed was a new handle on my toilet and a flapper I believe Now when I go to flush the toilet I have to hold those handle down for at least three seconds until it flushes. Then when it flushes sometimes when you do number two it does not flush down all of the waste. Is there anyway that this can be adjusted as well? Love you guys, all of you at Royal Ridge thanks for all of your assistance and promptness

  My partner and I moved into this apartment earlier this year, and have had an overall positive experience! Eden was super helpful when we first toured and moved into our apartment. We noticed a few repairs that needed to be fixed when we first moved in, but they were very quick and responsive to address them. Our neighbors have been very quiet and respectful which is a bonus. Some highlights with this apartment complex is the numerous dog stations around the complex, though there are tenants that do not utilize them. I’ve recommended this place to numerous people.

  I have had a good experience living at Royal Ridge Apartments. I moved in a couple of months ago and so far I have not really had any problems. There have been a few minor problems as far as our apartments space goes but the maintenance team was quick to fix them. Overall I like the space a lot and it is in a really convenient location.

  Resientemente visite los apartamento de ROYAL RIDGE apartment lo que me llamo la atencion de los apartamento fue el nivel de atencion que brindan a la personas cuando hacemos un tour la administracion de los aprt te brinda una exelente atencion tanto asi que ellos se aseguraron de sastifacer mis necesidades como arrendador el ambiente es muy tranquilo y lo mejor de todo son los precio de ALQUILER son buenisimo para mi y mi familia son exelentes sin mas nada que decir gracias a la familia de ROYAL RIDGE apartment x su atencio estoy facinado le daria mas estrellas pero no las hay

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had a great experience living at Royal Ridge Apartments. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the grounds always look beautiful. The management team is professional, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciate. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major roads. Overall, Royal Ridge is a wonderful place to call home and I highly recommend it!
