  Very disappointing experience with Olympus Property Management. The application fee alone was already extremely high, and during the process I was required to sign a “Contemplated Lease Agreement” just to move forward with approval. It was presented as a normal step in the application process, but later they used it to charge me over $1,000 when I decided not to move forward. No lease was ever signed, I never took possession of the property, and my move-in date wasn’t even for another couple of months. Despite that, they still charged half a month’s rent simply for deciding not to proceed. Between the unusually high application fees and the way this agreement was presented, the process felt very misleading. Future applicants should read every document extremely carefully before applying. STAY CLEAR!!! there is also other multiple reviews stating how greedy they are

  Toney is phenomenal! He came and fixed my dryer and dishwasher and explained to me what happened and was quick and so kind!!

  I recently moved to this property, Taeler and the rest of the staff were great to work with. I’ve enjoyed the community so far as well.

  Their Maintenance Alex S is a great worker. Always willing to help and take care of issues that arise. Alex is the hardest worker I've seen in a long time. Always so friendly and polite, while being very professional.
