  If I could I would go negative stars on this place. I went to visit my elderly mother and stayed night, went out next morning to find my truck had been towed off by management. I have no money, found out I've got stage 3a kidney disease. I am extremely unhappy and upset about this and this isn't the only issue this place has. There is numerous!

  The clubhouse was a perfect place for a holiday gathering. We opened presents, visited with family, and enjoyed pizza. It was a bit chilly and took a while to warm up with the tall ceilings.

  This has been the location my parents have lived for about 15 years. Over this time I have visited regularly, typically at least once a week. The park is nice and tidy with many residents that care about their lot. My primary issue that prompted this is about money. I have watched my parents lot rent double, then triple, and keep going up. Meanwhile, the amenities provided by the management have continuously shrunk. Facilities and services that used to be available to residents and their immediate family are now put behind a pay wall, requiring additional money from many residents on a fixed income. This has become such an issue that I now regard their management as a predatory corporation milking the residents dry. The latest person hired to manage the park, I think Mitch is his name, has gained the reputation of being a foul mouthed corporate schill with no empathy for residents. He has restructured rules and limited use of facilities to a point that many residents are considering leaving. My parents are included in this group, and have been stretched thin by this park management. It has become less expensive to find housing elsewhere, curbing much of the appeal this park used to have.
