  Renters beware. I had a service technician go to my house, I thought it was a little sketchy that they are fine with me not being there as I gave them permission to enter. I believe they stole something from my home, I left a brownie in the porcelain throne and when I came home, it was gone. Suspicious? Yes. I need a manager to contact me ASAP for this thief

  Probably one of the worst companies to deal with. We applied for a home and we got a text saying we would hear back in 72 hours. We heard nothing. We called them and they sent us to safe rent solutions (the background check company) and they told us that their job was done and to contact progress residential. Anytime we contacted them they just kept sending us to safe rent solutions, this went on for days and no one would give us a straight answer on where we were on the application process. We then called them one last time and they told us we would know 7 days from when we applied, even though the text said 72 hours but we waited the 7 days anyway and they told us the house was already being leased. I then called them and asked them if we could apply for a different house that we also liked and they said to wait for an email about approval for the first house before applying for the second house we liked and we never got that email. Absolutely terrible to work with, none of the employees know what they’re talking about, and no one gives you a straight answer and instead of trying to help they send you to another company that can’t do anything but send progress residential a background screening. If I were you I would save yourself the headache and take your money elsewhere.

  Had a great move-in experience, very clear instructions and helpful staff. Also, maintenance has been very helpful any time I ask for it.

  Don't be fooled! The only reason Progress Residential has any positive reviews online is because everyone loves Mike from their maintenance team. Every other interaction with this company is negative- they don't take care of reliable renters and we'll be looking for a new rental this spring as a result. Their payment processing system is absolutely horrible, it has charged us late fees twice this winter due to its own glitches and inefficiencies and rent progress refuses to refund the money or even clearly outline for us in writing how to avoid these type of charges-- feels like an absolute scam company trying to make end of year numbers by ripping off renters.
