  This HOA came in and took over our previous HOA and immediately our fees went up. After 6 months they went up again. I haven't seen any improvements in that time. I've emailed them several times and they only responded once. The information they gave me was incorrect. Thank goodness I found the correct information on their Square Community app. It's frustrating that we pay hundreds a month in HOA and the HOA can't look over records correctly. It was causing parking issues for my neighbors.

  CSS has been an attentive HOA to work with. They support the community and try to communicate with answers or solutions as soon as possible. Working with Melissa has been easy and she really cares about your concerns and needs. You will not regret having CSS in your community.

  This company is nothing short of amazing. Their level of knowledge is truly incredible, and much of it comes from their Director, Melissa Scott. She has more experience in HOA management than anyone else in the state, and working directly with her is an absolute pleasure. She genuinely knows her job inside and out. You can clearly see the impact of her leadership in the team members who have trained under her and work closely with her. I would recommend this company to manage your assets without hesitation.

  I have served on our HOA board for nearly eight years and have had the opportunity to work closely with Shannon Brennan since she stepped into our community after the previous manager, who is absolutely incredible retired. When Shannon came on, several things had been mismanaged for months, and she had to quickly step in and address a number of issues. She did a great job getting our community back on track and has continued to be professional, responsive, and great to work with. Shannon is proactive, organized, and truly cares about the communities she serves.
