  We have loved living here!! We moved in mid November & it has been a better experience than we could’ve imagined. The staff is amazing & I love the little things they do for the community. Maintenance is always on top of things. I also love that they are going around fixing things & making it a beautiful place to live. We are so happy to call Oakstone our home & we plan to be here for a long time🥰

  I’ve lived at this property for several years and have had a really positive experience overall. Over that time the management has changed hands a couple of times, but the current manager has been great. They’re super friendly, responsive, and genuinely seem to care about the residents here. I’ve also appreciated how willing they are to be flexible and work with people when needs come up. It’s been a comfortable place to live.

  If you would have asked me 2 years ago what I thought about Oak Stone, I wouldn’t have recommended this place to anyone. But the last 7 months the new owners have really turned this place around. The property manager has added so much for the community here including a food pantry that we add to every week. The pool has been fixed and the maintenance has been done correctly with Harold running it. No more floods from broken pipes!

  Coming from the perspective of a Long-time resident, this has been my and my family's home for over 20 years. We have definitely bore witness to and *felt* the many changes that both Time and, in general, Life has brought here throughout these years, and through all of the the good and the bad, some things have had more of an impact than others... particularly, the Leasing Office and Maintenance staff. Many changes, many different personalities, and many glaringly different levels of quality of character have come to work here over the years, which has been exhausting and difficult to have to endure for all of us who call this place home, to say the least; so, when a competent, responsible, warmly attentive presence comes into our community, (a Ms. Sarah Chacon, to be specific) we (residents) take notice. I can definitely appreciate some of the positive (large and small) improvements and welcoming little touches of warmth, efforts in fostering of community and creating comfort/ ease for the residents that our new office manager, Sarah, has brought about in the time she has been here. Efforts such as: allowing (and even encouraging) holiday decorating, putting effort into creating security (1 small example is adding a "blessing" - food donation - box for residents in need accessible during all hours to maintain privacy and dignity, and peace by actively listening to resident needs, concerns, and even suggestions, *addressing* those concerns - Waste management has improved - property has been tidy and litter-free - as well as the long standing issue of ignorant Pet (DOG) owners leaving their animal's feces everywhere and letting their animal use areas near other peoples windows, front/ back doors, and patios as a toilet 'issue' - she has really been working on that one as well as being receptive to ideas for improvements around the property and units etc). ..P.S. I added a photo of one of the small but heartwarming changes and "efforts towards fostering community" mentioned above and will add more later on. My family and I are hopeful and sincerily looking forward to this journey of positive change Sarah has in store for our community 💝
