  DO NOT scheduled a tour, they’ll show up whenever. And do not apply after letting them know your situation. You will be denied and then hung up on because you “won’t let them talk” what are we in Elementary school? Lol THIS PLACE ALSO HAS BUGS AND WERDOS

  We have only lived here barely over 1 month. So many things wrong with this place, so I will just stick to the basics. Do not live here!!! The extra couple of hundred dollars a month is worth it to live anywhere else. Before we moved in, we were told we'd been approved over a month before our move in date. After we had packed up and were about to drive away, they called and said they weren't ready. This happened 2 times, then on the third day when we showed up, no one was int he office for HOURS. After we waited for someone to show up, they told us we had only been approved that morning. When we moved in, there were and still are several broken things in our apartment, mold growing on the walls, doors that don't close, outlet plates that are not in the wall all the way, a gap in our front door, and upon move in, we didn't even have a working dishwasher. Not to mention all of the random blind covers laying around the apartment when we moved in. Still not sure what to do with any of those random things. The office staff is unresponsive unless you show up and talk to them in person, then they won't follow through on any promises they make. The property itself has garbage everywhere, and broken furniture all over especially next to the dumpsters. We have been stolen from 2 times from our vehicle in the parking lot (within a 7 day period) and the office has not been helpful with reviewing cameras even after 6 emails requesting help.

  Is it possible to leave a ZERO star review?! I would gladly take a slum lord over living here. Do NOT move here. It is not worth your time, stress and energy to have to deal with the horrible management, maintenance and living conditions at The Bluffs. Don't be fooled. They don't care about their tenants and will ignore any requests for maintenance. They took three years to fix an issue with the dryer vent, just blamed it on our brand new dryer when it was a hole in their vent line. It caused MOLD and water dripping in our master closet for years and they never did anything about it! They never answer their phone and their office staff is like a rotating door - you never speak to the same staff/manager EVER. Dog poop everywhere in the grass/sidewalks. Dumpsters constantly overflowing. They even had a tow truck patrolling the parking lot in the middle of the night if your tags were expired, even by a little bit, they'd have your car towed! They don't honor the deals from previous managers, just say they have to check with the new manager. They don't ever provide you a current copy of your lease. They even changed the dates on our lease after signing. Other tenants would smoke weed/cigarettes in their apartment and it would filter into ours. When we told them we have asthmatics in our family, they put letters on the doors reminding everyone that there's no smoking in apartments. That was their fix. No real solutions, they just want you to pay and shut up . Oh! They even increased the rent in the middle of the lease! FOR EVERYONE! I don't wish living in The Bluffs Apartments even on my worst enemy. Save yourself from the pure Hell it is to live there and find somewhere else to live. You'll thank yourself later!

  I have lived at the bluffs for a few years now. When anything breaks I normally call the main office and ask them if it's possible to get it fixed today. One day I called them and my blinds broke and said "Let me ask the maintenance people and see if there is a fee I will call you back" (by the way I called them at 2pm) 5pm rolls by still no call back and now they are closed. Overall when the maintenance actually gets done it's not a bad job but it takes FOREVER to get crap fixed. Along with management not telling you anything for example one day I came home to a receipt on my door and it was a late fee for paying rent late they did not even notify me before hand and I payed everything on time and management being really rude about the whole incident. When I first moved into this apartment complex our apartment never got fixed and remodeled when we moved in there was a cut in the floor of the kitchen and we needed to fix the floor that wasn't even out fault, a few months go by and they fix it eventually but they ended up charging us for the new floor they put in and the damage to the floor that was already there. The one good thing is the price of the apartment even then it is a little steep for never getting anything fixed right away.
