  When moving in, the manager told us we could use ACH payment for the security deposit on the day of move in to get our keys. When I showed up, they said only checks are accepted so I had to leave all my U-Haul and all my family helping us move to get a cashiers check from the bank. Then, they couldn’t figure out what apartment was ours and assigned us a random apartment that was empty, it wasn’t even fully cleaned. In July, the air conditioning fully stopped working. We called them daily and they said they’d fix it. My pregnant wife and toddler could not stay in the apartment we were paying for and had to stay with family. They didn’t fix the air conditioning for fourteen days after it was reported and our unit was at 90 degrees by 4pm every day, which is inhumane. After moving out, they claimed we owed them $300 to repaint the apartment and said we had ten days to pay it. 7 days later, we went to the property management office at 3pm and waited for 45 minutes. No one showed up. We went back the next day and were informed that we were sent to collections last week, just two days after the email saying I had ten days was sent. I attempted to call the accounting department who is refusing to take my call. Due to being sent to collections early and their constant refusal to assist us, we plan to take this company to small claims court. I cannot state how disgusting this company is. I would rather be homeless than rent for them. I hope you look elsewhere and stay as far away from this scum as possible.

  It concerns me reading all these negative reviews the past 8 months, all telling the same stories and NOTHING has been done to the apartment complex, to the tenants to ensure them there safety in all measures and firing a few employees who have helped this place get to where it is. I can't believe the neglect this place is having and doing to people. People work hard for what they pay and try to provide a nice place for their families and it's to hard for management and maintenance to comprehend. I surely hope and pray this will get better. It's sad so many are going through this, living here. I've experienced ALL that is mentioned numerous times from this place. Had conversations with management, new management and all the above and broken promises. No wonder people are moving out. Hope it gets better before it gets worse.

  DO NOT scheduled a tour, they’ll show up whenever. And do not apply after letting them know your situation. You will be denied and then hung up on because you “won’t let them talk” what are we in Elementary school? Lol THIS PLACE ALSO HAS BUGS AND WERDOS

  We have only lived here barely over 1 month. So many things wrong with this place, so I will just stick to the basics. Do not live here!!! The extra couple of hundred dollars a month is worth it to live anywhere else. Before we moved in, we were told we'd been approved over a month before our move in date. After we had packed up and were about to drive away, they called and said they weren't ready. This happened 2 times, then on the third day when we showed up, no one was int he office for HOURS. After we waited for someone to show up, they told us we had only been approved that morning. When we moved in, there were and still are several broken things in our apartment, mold growing on the walls, doors that don't close, outlet plates that are not in the wall all the way, a gap in our front door, and upon move in, we didn't even have a working dishwasher. Not to mention all of the random blind covers laying around the apartment when we moved in. Still not sure what to do with any of those random things. The office staff is unresponsive unless you show up and talk to them in person, then they won't follow through on any promises they make. The property itself has garbage everywhere, and broken furniture all over especially next to the dumpsters. We have been stolen from 2 times from our vehicle in the parking lot (within a 7 day period) and the office has not been helpful with reviewing cameras even after 6 emails requesting help.
