  I have lived here since May and I absolutely love it. The management is incredible, the location is so convenient, the floor plans and interior is absolutely gorgeous designs. Very dog friendly as well. I'll live here til u buy my house, I love The Kelton Apartments so much.

  We have lived here for 3 years. This past year they have taken away our garbage system, hot tub closed all summer, half the equipment in the gym is broken, and they just now took away our dog park indefinitely. To make it worse our rent prices have only gone up. Do not recommend moving here with the management right now.

  The apartments are great. The gym facilities are not amazing. Only one of the treadmills actually works for running and even then it frequently just stops whenever it wants. Some of the other machines are hit or miss. Mostly hit. The treadmills are always a miss which is really frustrating.
