  Chloe is the best! I hate moving, they made moving seamless and easy. I only called like 15 times with random one off questions, And they were always there to help.

  This property has repeatedly failed to honor unsubscribe requests and appears to disregard the Federal Trade Commission’s CAN-SPAM Act. Despite my written request to be removed from their promotional mailing list, and their written acknowledgment in February 2026 that they would do so, I continue to receive unsolicited marketing messages across my personal communication channels that are unrelated to our direct agreement or any legitimate business engagement. I strongly encourage anyone considering Solhavn to conduct thorough research and explore all available options before making a decision. I have lived here for nearly ten months, and my experience has been significantly below expectations. Poor recordkeeping and inconsistent communication have been ongoing issues throughout my residency. An example of this is the re-assignment of my paid and covered parking spot to another tenant and the addition of a CAM fee that was not previously outlined in my lease agreement but applied anyway. These issues were corrected after substantial effort on my part and should have never occurred. Unfortunately, the concerns regarding appropriate record keeping and communication continue to pose persistent issues and have not been adequately resolved, even after management was made aware of them early in our agreement and given ample opportunity to address them. As of the time of writing this review, I have once again received promotional material despite my prior opt-out request, reinforcing the pattern of unaddressed problems. This reflects my honest experience living at this property. I will not be renewing my lease with PEG Property Management or Solhavn and I would strongly encourage those considering this property to do their due diligence and ensure they meticulously review their contract to ensure the property does not attempt to operate outside the terms mutually agreed upon.

  Bad Apartment to live at. You need to pay for parking with no parking spot assigned even if you are a visitor. Your car will be towed away just like that. Appliances like washer and AC always breaking down and little to no responsibility from the management. Small charges to your contract that were never discussed before. I really don't recommend this place for your living.

  A new management team is exactly what this property needed and deserved. Rebecca and Graci have joined the property as the new manager and assistant manager respectively, and they have jumped right in making obvious improvements in communication, service, and maintenance. I wish them all the success as they navigate a list of outstanding and ongoing challenges. Chloe also deserves a shout out for her kind, responsive service, and the new additions to the maintenance team are solid!
