    The pool is unusable, and has been under construction for the past two summers, yet they still advertise it as an amenity. The office girls have zero empathy or sympathy for the people who live here. My 3 year old daughter had surgery and was in a wheelchair for 3 months. I asked the office if I could put a ramp on my stairs. They specifically ignored me and never gave me an answer. I asked why I was ignored and told them it felt intentional- still no answer, except "I'm sorry you feel that way." That's discrimination and it's very unfortunate that the office girls are anti-ADA friendly. Who ignores a 3-year-old in a wheelchair?! West Winds does..

    Tried to call about availability but the “lady” was incredibly disrespectful and dismissive. I don’t know who taught her how to conduct business but she needs help.

    Great community by far in town! Every time I have been in this community the property manager is very kind, she does a great job! I love the constant improvements on the houses and its distance from the school! Great community and great management!!

    As soon as we rightfully started to complain about our new neighbors walking through our yard(that we're liable to keep maintained or we get fined) every day, management is adding a monthly fee for our cats. That's kind of weird since we've had the same cats since we moved in here about ten years ago and through countless walk-through inspections. Actually, during the last inspection(weeks before this sudden fee), my wife asked the woman not to test the smoke detectors with the cats around because it scares them. Then I complain, and we have to pay a new fee. It would be surprising if it wasn't just the newest on the laundry list of things that make West Winds terrible for us: one of the few households that pays their rent on time. We'll be moving when our lease is over.
