  I went in unknowledgeable and unknowingly what the process was. DESIRAE is amazing. She was patient and answered every question I had. She sat me down and took me through the process, step by step. Showed me some wonderful and dreamy homes. Thanks to her I know what I want and what we will be getting excitedly. Thank you Desirae for everything. If anyone is looking for an amazing home and someone to help them with the process go and ask for Desirae.

  I stopped by to check their homes and was introduced to LaShawn. He was nothing short of magnificent, took his time to answer all my questions including referring me to a lender as well as a park owner who can save me money on monthly lot rent. He demonstrated passion, patience and knowledge of his job, and I will recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home. Keep up the good work!!!

  I had a really good experience with Clayton Homes here in Cheyenne. I worked with LaShawn Harris while I was looking into possibly purchasing a home, and he was very helpful through the whole process. He showed me several different homes, answered my questions, and stayed in contact with me over the next few weeks while I figured out the logistics on my end. I didn’t end up purchasing a home, but I still wanted to give LaShawn credit for the time and effort he put in. He was knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with, and I appreciated that he was helpful without being pushy. If you’re looking at homes through Clayton Homes in Cheyenne, I’d definitely recommend asking for LaShawn.

  Our experience in buying a house from Clayton Homes has been excellent. My husband and I have been working with Desirae Nichol and she is wonderful! Desirae is so knowledgeable about the whole process and has answered every question that we’ve asked her. Desirae is always available through email even on her days off.   NEVER EVER EVER buy a home from this company. They lie about almost every aspect of buying a home from them. They promised my father to move his trailer for $500 after up to a year after purchasing it and now won’t. They also promised to buy it back up to a year afterwards for the same price he bought it for. They Also did not fulfill this promise. The company will not fix any of the issues the trailer had immediately after instillation. The screen doors were not mounted correctly and were never fixed. When he tried to sell his home, they would not even go so far as to help him resell it even though it is in nearly new condition. DO NOT EVEN THINK about trusting the word of this company if you do not have some sort of legal binding contract written up prior to purchase. Trust no promises from them.
