  Literally the biggest mistake I’ve ever made in my life was choosing this place & buying a double wide/land deal through them. 2 years later & we’re still getting screwed. Paid $7k in water bills first year in the house bc the water line was all busted. Now paying $5k to get drainage/driveway fixed (that was supposed to be done by Rook Brumfield & we’ve called many times) around it bc the water is causing issues with the foundation. Horrible horrible experience for my first time buying a house & I wish I never did it. RUN FROM THID PLACE!!!!

  They are pushy and also don't hold up to their agreement, they want more money than u can afford,especially the one in Nitro,they were disrespectful to me, knowing I'm under Dr's care trying to jeep my money and the ppls money who helped fund us for a place we discussed, that didn't get,I was told one payment then they raised it from my budget, Nitro has no respect for customers it's all about money not there to help u ,I advised ppl to go somewhere else than NITRO
