  Gorgeous apartment complex. Apartments are spacious, with granite countertops, HUGE kitchens and large closets. They have an array of amenities such as their movie theater, golf simulator, and dog wash station. Neighbors are friendly. The new leasing attendant Olivia is super helpful and kind. Overall a great place! Love that it's so close to the mountains and the shopping plaza.

  No help from Kennan & Kyle but they will pretend to help so you’ll leave a nice review, maintenance is a disgrace, dogs barking constantly, paper-thin walls, unreliable internet, inconsistent trash pickups, trash smelled hallways, dog leavings in every grass area (heavy urine smell), wasp problems on the patios, Update: was demanded to take down my review, maybe focus on the complex problems instead.

  After sending me to look at apartment by myself I had to wait for 10 minutes to get my drivers license back. Leasing agent was on the phone but property manager was setting in her office and saw me but did nothing. For $1575 per month one bedroom I'd expected better service.

  I just recently moved out of Black Bear Village after almost 2years! I was the first to live in my new unit. During my time the complex was sold and new management took over. In my experience it was a flawless transition. All amenities are kept up and available! The online portal is the best way to pay rent, put in maintenance request, and see all updates. Maintenance is top notch and on the ball. After move out I was refunded my full deposit in a timely manner. Thank you for a great experience at Black Bear!
