  Having a former career in sales and advertising, I was very impressed with the level of customer service provided by Robert Bittinger, Jr. at Coldwell Banker Realty. From the very first phone call, this agent soon proved to be incredibly interested in listening and then helping us locate and find that special place in the real estate market. His knowledge of the market proved to be very helpful as we viewed several properties of interest. Robert listened to every comment we made and offered suggestions that proved to be very helpful, and his patience never waned throughout our search. He never quit! With his attention to detail and helpful attitude, we were able to purchase the property of our dreams. Robert is not just an agent. He is a super-agent who cares about his clients. He made us feel important throughout the entire process. Consequently, Robert is not just our agent; he has become a long-long friend.

  Three years ago, when we began our search for our dream home in Monroe County, WV, the higher interest rates had resulted in a market with very little inventory, and it was very hard to find a home. This did not deter Robert Bittinger, who diligently worked with us for two years, leaving no stone unturned, until we found our home in Lindside a year ago. Once we found the home we liked, Robert's expertise in negotiating secured it for us within our budget within a week. Were it not for his hard work, seasoned experience and genuine concern to meet our needs, we would not be enjoying our new life here.

  Robert was amazing! He helped us with the purchase and sale of two different properties and was amazing at managing them when we weren’t in town. Even though he no longer does property management, I will forever be grateful for his professionalism, open communication, and ability to get things done. It was a privilege to have known him for 10+ years. Would highly recommend for any real estate needs!
