Lena Tate with NVR Mortgage was incredible and literally brought me to tears when she said we qualify for a VA loan with no down payment and no PMI. This has been a life changing experience and God sent! My husband, a former Marine, has had 3 knee replacements and we desperately needed a single level home. Our prayers have been answered and our dream has come true! Thank you Mehrtash, Danny and Lena! You are all awesome!

Mehrtash Mostofi was our sales representative and he was absolutely incredible. He was extremely knowledgable about the various sites, floorplans, finishes, as well as the financial aspect of the build. Highly recommend a meeting wtih him if you are looking to move to this development!

I've used them for many years & they keep getting better & better especially with interactive warnings (accidents, ambulance,fire department & advanced police notification to do something about it if ykwimean! Thanks Mr. Google Maphead! 😎👌 As far as Oak Leaf Meadows, I just found out about it last week & tonight after church I decided to go check out the neighborhood... So, I did a quick drivebye... Looks to be a pretty decent area in the country (not too far from shopping, interstate 81 etc...) with what looks to be a good set-up for a subdivision (it looks like future growth is inevitable but I'm sure Mr. Ryan has all that already figured out from like 10 years ago!😊) I will go back to check out the amenities, plans & options 2C what I might be interested in!
