  Save your money and don’t buy from this company. I bought a double wide years ago and it was and is defective. This will make the fifth time I have to have it re leveled . The 3rd time it was re leveled , the men were under my house and said the frame was bent and probably happened when it was being delivered. I have had nothing but problems and made several attempts to let this company know what happened. I called about 3 months after I bought it. No help. My complaint was ignored. My air conditioner also started leaking in the house, rotted the floor, which had to be replaced and also shorted out the furnace . Smoke came out of it. Repairman came out and said we were lucky. This could have set our home on fire. This is where my house kept sagging and oak wood could care less. Now I am stuck with a lemon. Do yourself a favor. Don’t buy from this company or better yet, find a nice fixer upper in a good area. It may cost you some money to fix it up but you will be saving money in the end. Not having a depreciating asset like this that you will only lose money in the long run. P.S. I haven’t used the air conditioner since. It has been years. I now have to use window air conditioners. Please don’t buy from this company. Buy a real house. You’ll thank me later.

  We looked at so many different mobile/modular home lots across the state, receiving quotes from nearly everyone! Westan Christian at Oakwood Homes of Barboursville not only got us a great price on our dream home but he walked us through every step of the process in great detail! Something we didn’t get anywhere else and we had no idea where to start; he told us what we needed to do and how everything worked, he was very upfront and honest with us setting realistic expectations. We closed on our house yesterday and our home is now being ordered! We can’t wait. Oakwood has been wonderful to deal with but mostly because of Westan and his expertise and professionalism, we’d recommend their team to any and all of our friends and family!

  We just bought a home through them. It was an wonderful experience. Tristan was a great salesman. Very patient with all the questions I had. Even on his day off, I accidentally messaged him. But he didn't hesitate to get right back to me. The other staff in the office was great too. Not to mention Billy and the set up crew. We had a timeline to meet and they never once hesitated to help us make it. I would go to them again if I every needed to. And would recommend them. We traveled all the way from braxton county but they did everything to accommodate us. Thank you Tristan, Billy, and everyone else. You are awesome!!!!
