Jenny Topham with Clayton homes on Route 60 Barboursville has been absolutely amazing to us. After loosing our home to a fire they have been absolutely incredible. Never a text or call they wouldn’t take for us. We are grateful and recommend her tremendously. Give her a call to find your forever home!

We have recently purchased a home through Clayton homes. Thank you so much to Jenny for being such a big help through out our whole process! And a big shout out to Daniel for the great communication with what was going on in all the steps that were being taken to getting our home set! Wonderful group to work with!

We stopped in to take a look around and although we aren’t quite ready to purchase, Jenny was so nice and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be back to work with her in the future.

I purchased a 2025 freedom Farmhouse from Jenny at Clayton it’s a 4 bedroom 2 bath 2 living rooms full laundry room it’s just absolutely beautiful! Jenny helped me every step of the way and made the process much easier than I expected, she answered every question and went out of her way to help in any way she could. I received the keys to my home today and they also brought me a welcome home gift Jenny had got me and she went above and beyond. So far I’ve had a great experience with Jenny at Clayton homes of Barboursville and would recommend her to anyone! ❤️
