  Horrible experience living here. I absolutely cannot wait for my lease to end. The one positive thing I can say is that my neighbors are amazing, and there is a real sense of community among the residents. Unfortunately, the management is horrendous. Communication between management and residents is terrible, and it often seems like management doesn’t even communicate with each other. I’ve watched multiple residents receive 5-day notices (which seems to be management’s favorite threat) and some have been forced out over circumstances that were beyond their control. I could honestly go on for days about my experience, but ultimately, whether intentional or not, management consistently seems to go out of their way to make things more difficult than they need to be. And be prepared for extra charges added to your rent for supposed “lease violations,” including issues created by their own terrible rent payment system. Never again. At the end of the day, these aren’t just apartment numbers or lease agreements they’re people’s homes and livelihoods. I wish management approached residents with a little more communication, understanding, and humanity instead of being so unnecessarily ruthless.

  Constant barking dogs and trash everywhere. Cops frequently on site dealing with domestic issues. Have stayed at family campgrounds that were less noisy. Loud Harley fest revving up bikes in the lot every single weekend.

  Do not rent here. I did not live here, I was looking to live here, filled out an application, put down a deposit to hold the apartment. Then my circumstances changed and I am now moving to CA, I called them the next day and told them I would not need an apartment here anymore. But because they held the apartment for 21 hours (not even a full day) they will not return my $80 deposit. Whatever, I guess they made $80 for showing me an apartment.
