  I lived at Lamphouse for three years and truly couldn’t have been happier with my experience. My one-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious - I was able to fit everything I owned without needing any additional storage; lucky me for sure! That included 14 regular-sized totes, a giant artificial Christmas tree, a makeshift pantry, a large filing cabinet, etc. The entire complex is exceptionally well maintained, clean, and cozy. My neighbors and the other residents were incredibly kind and always willing to lend a hand whenever needed. It is genuinely a welcoming community. The only reason I left was because I finally bought a house, so my pup could have a backyard to run and chase all the leaves he wants. Otherwise, I would have happily stayed at Lamphouse for many more years. I cannot recommend Lamphouse enough. Danae and Dave are absolutely incredible, and I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about them. From, the bottom of my heart, thank you both so much for everything! I only moved two weeks ago, but I already miss it. I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to live at Lamphouse and would encourage anyone looking for a place to call home to choose them. You won’t regret it for a second!

  I’ve visited Lamphouse on a couple of occasions as I have friends that live here. They host great resident events, and their amenities are top notch! I’m a home owner, otherwise I would be looking into Lamphouse for my housing needs.

  Ask around about people's experience first. Don't expect your security deposit back. Might as well just bake the security deposit into the rent. This is the main reason I will never rent here.

  Lamphouse has been a great home for me for almost 2 years. Dave (maintenance) and Andrew (leasing) are both wonderful to work with and have great communication for any issues, thoughts, ideas, or concerns. The staff works hard to plan fun outings for residents and ways to connect. They are also genuinely kind and care about the well-being of residents. They respond quickly to any maintenance issues and keep the public spaces clean, inviting, and well-maintained. The units are very nice, and I never really have any issues that need to be addressed. The unit is safe with good security, which is important to me, and the residents are friendly! I love the dog wash and dog park, where my little buddy has made 5+ four-legged friends. I also enjoy the Peloton bikes, and the rooftop firepit and grills. I would highly recommend Lamphouse to someone looking for a new place to live!

  Overall our experience living here was good and we enjoyed it but there are a few cons to living here as well. Pros: - Great amenities: there’s a beautiful community lounge, rooftop view, gym, golf simulator, underground parking, dog wash and dog park. There was always something to do nearby on days when we were bored. - Great location: next to a lot of great shops and a lively downtown. - Allows dogs: very accepting of large breeds and has great amenities for dogs - Beautiful units - Friendly management Cons - Dog friendly: because there are so many dog people that live here, there are MANY people that don’t follow common curtesy in owning a dog. We would often find dog accidents left not only in the grass but INSIDE the buildings. There are also dog owners that would let their dogs outside without a leash. As a dog owner with a leash reactive dog, it’s worrying to have a random dog approach your dog uninvited. Because of this, we had to muzzle our dog anytime we brought him to the bathroom. - Expensive: this is definitely a luxury targeted apartment and you will pay the luxury prices. We found there was also a lot of fees that we didn’t expect. - On the main road: although this is also a pro to living here, there were times where we were woken in the night to car accidents or the busy “night life”. Just something to think about. Overall if you were on the fence about this place, as long as you are okay with dogs and can afford the price, I would say go for it!
