  Ask around about people's experience first. Don't expect your security deposit back. Might as well just bake the security deposit into the rent. This is the main reason I will never rent here.

  I really am pleased with our new lady,in the office!! She's geniune,nice and very helpful! Everyone knows life can be tough ,with disabilities sometimes overwhelming and she always helps with a Smile in her face! I really enjoy the ladies in the office!!! Kindness matters!

  We have lived at Lamphouse Apartments for two years and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The building is very clean and well maintained! If there is ever a maintenance issue they respond immediately. We also love that they are pet friendly which can be hard to find!

  Overall our experience living here was good and we enjoyed it but there are a few cons to living here as well. Pros: - Great amenities: there’s a beautiful community lounge, rooftop view, gym, golf simulator, underground parking, dog wash and dog park. There was always something to do nearby on days when we were bored. - Great location: next to a lot of great shops and a lively downtown. - Allows dogs: very accepting of large breeds and has great amenities for dogs - Beautiful units - Friendly management Cons - Dog friendly: because there are so many dog people that live here, there are MANY people that don’t follow common curtesy in owning a dog. We would often find dog accidents left not only in the grass but INSIDE the buildings. There are also dog owners that would let their dogs outside without a leash. As a dog owner with a leash reactive dog, it’s worrying to have a random dog approach your dog uninvited. Because of this, we had to muzzle our dog anytime we brought him to the bathroom. - Expensive: this is definitely a luxury targeted apartment and you will pay the luxury prices. We found there was also a lot of fees that we didn’t expect. - On the main road: although this is also a pro to living here, there were times where we were woken in the night to car accidents or the busy “night life”. Just something to think about. Overall if you were on the fence about this place, as long as you are okay with dogs and can afford the price, I would say go for it!

  Trying to find an apartment complex that accepts dogs, especially large breeds, was pretty difficult for us. I am thrilled that we found Lamphouse! They are very dog-friendly, even including a Dog Wash and a little dog park on site. Management is very friendly and responds quickly to questions or concerns. The apartments are beautiful and upscale, and the building offers many amenities. We loved our time living at Lamphouse and would definitely recommend it.
