  Beautiful place. But I Tried to rent a 2 bedroom and The staff was HORRIBLE. They showed ZERO interest in renting a unit, would almost never respond to email’s, and when I would call they would tell me they would “get back to me” and NEVER would. I eventually rented a bigger unit for less money elsewhere. I dodged a bullet with this place. If they won’t even respond to a prospective tenant, they must be horribly slow with responding to actual tenant questions. No thank you

  Lived here for a few years. At the beginning it was under different ownership. Back then they were attentive and helpful if issues arose. This new ownership and management team are pretty useless. Request go unanswered, when you need something you HAVE to ask in person. Even then they do the bare minimum, if they help at all. The answer is always “I’ll have to talk to my manger”…. Who is likely overworked, overwhelmed, and probably underpaid. Garage is gross, hallways cleaned maybe once a month, stairwells always also gross. There isn’t enough parking, and you pay way too much for that as well. There are much nicer, better ran apartments all around. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

  Rochelle helped with the process very well with some issues piping up here and there but always worked through it. Everyone in the community is so nice and supportive.
