- MMMichaelAug 12, 20263.0It’s alright. Extra fees add up. Wall paint is definitely a landlord special, where you can see the globs of putty and tape under the paint used to cover holes in the walls. Someone down the hall must have a bad cockroach infestation as they keep coming in under our door at night and I have killed a few in the hallway. Parking is expensive. But it does feel safe. The front door is often a hassle with using their keyless entry.

I recently went on a couple tours from various of different properties in Milwaukee County, Racine Co and Waukesha Co. The management team is very active and knowledgeable about their property. The cleanness and quiet nature inside out is to die for. Thank you Marianna for the amazing tour. Good luck with your new journey as well. Shout out to River Edge and its staff for the professionalism and dedication to keep the building safe and operable for everyone.
