- ASAlexander SmithMay 2, 20262.0Lived here for a few years. At the beginning it was under different ownership. Back then they were attentive and helpful if issues arose. This new ownership and management team are pretty useless. Request go unanswered, when you need something you HAVE to ask in person. Even then they do the bare minimum, if they help at all. The answer is always “I’ll have to talk to my manger”…. Who is likely overworked, overwhelmed, and probably underpaid. Garage is gross, hallways cleaned maybe once a month, stairwells always also gross. There isn’t enough parking, and you pay way too much for that as well. There are much nicer, better ran apartments all around. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

- NCNick CharonMar 11, 20262.0Haven’t been super happy living here so far. Walls are incredibly thin and you can hear pretty much everything that’s going on in the hallways and your neighbors units. Advertised as a no-smoking facility but this in not enforced very well. People are constantly leaving dog shit in the common terrace areas. Interior common areas are constantly dirty and full of trash. “Emergency” water shut downs happen on a regular basis, seems to be at least once or twice a month. We went 2 days this week without hot water. Management is not very responsive to emails, takes weeks to get a response if they even bother to send any. Only thing this place has going for them is their location.
