  I lived here for around 2 years and only moved out due to relocation unrelated to the building or management. Within those 2 years, I had no issues at all! The units are very good for the price and have lots of space, one underground parking spot also being included was a great perk. The few interactions my roommates and I had with management were kind and professional. I would recommend Gateway Terrace to anyone looking for an affordable but still well-kept place to live.

  Do not live here! There was a bed bug infestation for over a year and a half and no one was notified. Gallina was very shady about the whole situation and didn’t provide any information to its residents. The bed bug investation was still present when I moved out a couple months ago.
