  Robert went above and beyond to help us. He made himself available to answer our questions either my calls, texts or in person. We couldn’t ask for more. I recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a house.

  My fiancée and I trusted our first time home buying experience with Maria Moreno. Maria did an incredible job helping us feel comfortable, explaining how things work, and guiding us through the process. Maria had great communication, was prompt and took action early, and was fun to work with. If I could give Maria 6 out of 5 stars, I would, she was really that great! I highly recommend Maria, especially for first time home buyers!

  Max Mulhern has helped us sell our downtown business/building, our old house, and helped us buy our new house! Everytime we've worked with Max its been awesome and felt easy (even though we're far away). Highly recommend!

  Our salesman Max started off good but when he found out the selling realtor only paid 2% he expected me to pay the other 1% which I would have happily done except 1) Max showed us one house and that took 30 min. We already knew exactly what we wanted, we just needed a realtor. Minimal work involved. $7500 for about an hours worth of work isn’t too shabby. 2) he did not have a very good relationship with the seller, so to get any answers was like pulling hen’s teeth, and sometimes got incorrect information 3) He came in at the end of the deal wanting the additional percentage, when in my opinion should have known up front 4) Since the commission issue, we have not heard from him and in fact he did not show up at the closing that he scheduled. The loan officer showed up though and made sure everything went well. Do we think Max is a bad person, no absolutely not. Maybe just a little inexperienced.
