  I have had the best move in experience ever...and I move a lot. The entire office and maintenance staff are outstanding. I didn't need maintenance, but he saw me moving in and introduced himself. The entire experience was easy, professional and quick. I am so thankful. Moving is stressful and Nicole in the office has been so kind to answer every single question. #greatplacetolive

  I have been living at 4200 on the Lake for 3.5 years, and I can honestly say it has been a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely unbeatable — being right by the lake makes everyday walks peaceful and beautiful. It truly feels like living in a resort while still being close to everything. The property is always clean and well-maintained, and the amenities are fantastic. The pool area, BBQ space, and club room are perfect for relaxing or spending time with friends. I also really appreciate having access to computers and a printer in the clubhouse — it’s such a helpful convenience. What truly makes this place special, though, is the incredibly professional and friendly office team. They are always responsive, helpful, and genuinely care about residents. It makes a huge difference. After 3.5 years, I still feel very happy calling this place home. Highly recommend!

  Living at 4200 can feel like a dream sometimes, but overall I’d give it a 3 out of 5 because the high rent doesn’t match the quality. The apartments feel cheaply built—walls and surfaces scratch with the lightest touch, the electronic cooktops stain and scratch easily (a nightmare since I cook with cast iron), and the Samsung dishwasher feels flimsy. The shower design is awkward, with a built-in shelf that makes it hard to move without banging elbows, and the closet layout makes it nearly impossible to close the door with clothes hanging. In the kitchen, some drawers can’t open if the fridge is open, which constantly leads to little dings while cooking. I swear the washer or dryer eats socks, though I can’t prove it yet, and the floors scratch so easily somehow even when we have protectors on everything. The hallways usually smell like wet dog or trash because of the trash chutes, and while it’s great they allow pets, barking at night, aggressive behavior in hallways, and waste everywhere drag the place down—so much so that management sends constant emails about it. On the positive side, the staff is super friendly, there’s a convenient car wash station, and the infinity pool (though now with glass barriers) is still a cool perk, even if it gets messy on holiday weekends. The mail and package rooms are secure and easy to use, and parking is free outside, but with far too few spots in winter, my wife and I had no choice but to pay $250+ monthly for underground parking, which is overpriced and doesn’t even come with a discount for couples who rent two spots. As someone in marketing, I think offering two spots for $200 would make way more sense and fill the garage, but instead, my frustration continues when the car next to me keeps dinging mine. On the bright side, the free bike system, proximity to trails, 4th of July fireworks, great views, gym, ice and coffee machines, study spaces, and grills are huge perks, and the age range of residents (lots of young couples) plus the overall safety and security make it a decent place to live. With some improvements, this complex could be 10x better, but for now, it’s a mix of awesome amenities and frustrating flaws.

  I recently just moved in to 4200 on the Lake and could not be happier! The apartments are gorgeous, the office and maintenance staff are amazing! I highly recommend moving to this beautiful community 😊

  This is your best apartment option if you’d like to hear heavy footsteps coming from right above your head all day long and every single day whenever you’re sleeping, eating, trying to get some quiet time, and doing everything else. The only choice we have is to accept the fact and live with it. Sadly, going over our lease details to see if this is something we signed up for after we spent about $1400 on rent per month is our only entertainment during the lovely holiday, consulting a lawyer if we need one. Luckily this is our last month living here and we are so excited that we are moving out soon and can get out of this cheaply constructed so-called ‘luxury’ apartment. Woohoo!
