  Mike Schuetz! I asked for your business cards after you sold my house at full asking price…sold the first day, you posted it with professional photography and over the top on demographic advertising. I’ll be needing more business cards to promote the best person ever to sell a house. You were always available, trustworthy, honest. Thank you Mike!

  Thanks Mike for your help with our home sale in Cumberland WI! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We saved $15,000 using Mike. How? Ask him! I wish I was exaggerating how much we saved… it’s crazy how much money goes to the realtor if you go with typical commission rates of 6%… you do the math. It adds up. Mike knows how to make it worth your time as well as his. He is a no BS kind of guy and that’s what I was looking for. He truly took the time to explain every step of the way and we were under contract within 24/hours, full asking, and just closed on our home sale after 30 days! I can’t believe how fast it went. Highly recommend using Mikes services. I’ll be calling him once we start looking for a new home!

  Thank you, Mike for helping with our most recent home sale! We originally started off doing it FSBO and I had soooo many realtors reaching out… not to show the house to clients… but to try and persuade me to sell with them for better results, of course… but Mike… he messaged me without heist and let me in on an offer I just simply couldn’t turn down! He took the time to explain to me how truly negotiable commission can be and how he truly wanted to save as much money in my pocket as he could. At the end of the day, it’s our home sale. He just wanted to help by offering a streamline service that got more eyes and was presented professionally. As soon as we put his name on our listing, it was amazing at how many realtors seemed to have come out of the woodworks contacting him about the home that was previously listed as a FSBO for weeks prior… anyways. Within a day it was shown to a handful of solid, vetted buyers and within days we were under contract with several over-asking offers still on the table. Each sale is different, each negotiation is going to be different, but Mike is willing to negotiate fairly and I appreciated that about him. He was never pushy like so many other realtors we’ve used/dealt with in the past. He was professional, very communicative and prompt! House is sold and I have zero sellers remorse because of him! I’ve sold homes in the past where I felt cheated by my own realtor let’s just say that. lol HIGHLY suggest contacting Mike and seeing what he can do for YOU!
