  The building is old seems like roof is leaking because the ceiling had water stains which creates moisture and mold. Seemed like there was mold coming from the vents. Management wanted to spray paint over it. AC broke twice because it’s old. They brought a portable AC that only worked for one room for an about week during the hottest months. It’s an old building that’s overpriced with rude management

  This property is older than it looks The windows let out the heat and AC that you have to pay for The management is very biased If they don't like you they will make life miserable Way over priced for what you get I highly recommend you not get sucked in 👎👎👎👎

  Management pays attention to money. You need to figure out everything face to face with them, otherwise you will lose a lot of money. Especially when moving out. Before I moved out, I asked them to check but they didn't come to check . then they gave me the bill more than 500 dollars for the replacement of the carpet so on. It is said that the carpet is stained. If something happens on Saturday and Sunday, you can only wait for Monday. If you’re looking for a apartment, look elsewhere.
