  Terrible company to work for. They lie through their teeth about everything they're asking you for. They say federal holidays are paid off and that you only work two weekends a year but then they'll reverse it after they hire you and tell you that you have to use your PTO to take those holidays off and you'll be working every weekend without any extra pay. It's a salary position. The manager lied through his teeth and then continually chipped away at the things I was promised every week I'd see him. Then calling me after business hours just to chat while I'm trying to make dinner for my kids. These people have no respect for your time or your efforts. Be very careful if applying for a job here.

  Jessica RN is very helpful, considerate, polite, kind and compassionate. Would recommend this agency to others. She helps to solve my problems, is always willing to find the answers. Best nurse I've worked with.

  Our elderly father injured his foot and needed some in home rehab. The Transitions at Home team did an amazing job of staying positive and upbeat, despite our father's resistance to wanting to do the work. They were great at encouraging him and got the most out of each session. The nurse, Teri, was especially great with him. She was very kind and helpful throughout the process, often going above and beyond to help ensure he was receiving the care he needed. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs in home care!

  I can't begin to find words to tell you how much we appreciate Jessica the RN who takes care of Ed and his non stop problems with his in dwelling catheter... among 100 other problems. She is an absolute ANGEL. She is so patient, caring, and ALWAYS willing to reach out and find answers when we have a concern. Believe me, that is not an easy job because there are ALWAYS so many problems going on all at the same time. Jessica is always prompt and takes time to explain situations when I feel like nothing makes sense. She never makes her visits feel rushed. I have never felt comfortable having a strange person coming into our house to do home health care. Jessica is the exception! I have never felt like she was a stranger...more like she is FAMILY. I have absolute comfort and total trust in her, and we are SO VERY LUCKY to have her help. Thank you Transitions at Home for having top quality people working for you.
