They are too busy eating crayons to bother communicating when certain bills are due. The only time we know when the water bill is due is when it is "past due" (I have a sneaking suspicion that the bill is in fact not overdue and they are using it as an excuse to fleece us) and they are threatening eviction over it. Completely inept and devoid of the ability to communicate anything. Also has a tendency to mark service calls as complete without even showing up to fix the issue. Definitely not "pros". They also left the alley behind our house a disaster during a clean-out of the garage we cant use to the point that the city was getting involved. Maybe if they didn't outsource the running of their business to AI, things might be different (but I doubt it).

This is a very horrible company they doesn't come out to fix anything they so quick to try to take you to court the ladies in the office so ugly and rude they lie and tell you they put it in your maintenance request and never will when you call back they'll ask you what maintenance request are you talking about you need to record every call when dealing with this company or you'll be in big trouble yourself

They take FOREVER to handle maintenance issues! Our kitchen sink got clogged and they came 3 days later to fix it. Our bathroom floor grows mushrooms. The water heater tank has been PROFUSELY LEAKING for 3 days now which has left us with no hot water! Probably won't have hot water for a week!! If we didn't sign a year lease and had the means to move, we would!
