These apartments are an excellent option for traveling employees and their families!

The community is very friendly, including Sean and Joe who are always happy to say hi and hand out treats to four-legged friends. The apartments themselves are very spacious and have great views. There’s plenty of grass behind the building for dogs to play and run around. Overall, a great place to live!

The building is secure, well-managed, and in a convenient location for accessing downtown and the surrounding neighborhoods. The staff is a major strength of the property. Sean, the onsite property manager, is reliable, communicative, and addresses concerns quickly. Joe from maintenance keeps the building in great shape and is prompt with any service requests. It’s clear both take their roles seriously and care about the living environment. Common areas and amenities were always clean and functional, and overall, the building feels well looked after. The only reason I moved out was due to relocating out of state, not because of any issues with the property. For anyone looking for a solid, well-run apartment building in Milwaukee, Brix is a strong choice.
