  I would not rent here again. My move-out experience was disappointing. The property relies on a third-party cleaning contractor and tenants are billed based on the contractor’s assessment with little apparent oversight. I left the apartment cleaned, vacuumed, and mopped. I was still charged hundreds of dollars for cleaning based on an invoice claiming 10 hours of labor. Before move-in, I documented existing paint damage, scuffs, and scratches. I also submitted a work order because my bathroom sink was left dirty. Those issues were never meaningfully addressed. At move-out, the apartment was repainted and I was still charged for cleaning. I requested an itemized explanation, supporting documentation, and photos several times over the course of a month. I never received a response. I was simply told the contractor determined the charges. I was given no meaningful way to dispute them while being threatened with collections. Mistakes happen. Charging tenants is one thing. Ignoring reasonable requests for documentation and refusing to communicate is another. If you rent here, document the condition of the unit before move-in and before move-out. Keep detailed records because you may need them.

  I moved into Two Points Crossing in July 2022 and I have loved it so far. The apartments are very modern and beautiful. The amenities are wonderful--especially the gazebo by the pool. I felt at home the second I moved in. The office staff, Amy and Taylor, are so friendly and helpful! The maintenance technician, Bruno, is quick, smart and very friendly. I highly recommend living at Two Points Crossing!

  Best Staff Ever!! Amy and Taylor are amazing. They both are professional, kind and caring to everyone. They make you feel safe and truly at home here. Amy has gone above and beyond for my fiancé and I. I am grateful for her kindness. Bruno is the maintenance here and he is absolutely incredible. He is efficient, professional and great at his job. On top of the amazing staff, this complex is beautiful, always clean and has spectacular amenities. Thank you Two Points Crossing for everything you do to make this place our home sweet home.
