- CBCalli Baumgart1 day ago1.0Moved from Green Bay hoping for a better experience for myself and kids & never again ! Save yourself - I’m sure I’ll be going back to Green Bay & calling tenant resources. Even pest control told me to go to tenant resource center because this is horrible. 😭
- MLMarie L4 days ago1.0Avoid renting at this complex. I live adjacent to these apartments and the excessively loud parking lot parties are awful. I don't know how the tenants deal with it.

It’s the worst decision you can make, the administration of these apartments doesn’t work at all. When making a claim, they never help you or give you a concrete answer. I’ve been waiting for an email for days and I don’t have access to my mailbox. I went to file a claim and they didn’t solve me today Monday I came back to see if they would help me and I’m still in the same problem. The Laundry of these apartments are a total disgust, it is really not understood how a place like this can remain open to people in general. If there was a tornado I think it would be the First Place that should disappear. Horrible everything here.

I have pictures of the day I moved in and black mold doesn’t grow in days. Multiple things broken in apartment and takes them a while to get things fixed.
- SBSteve BoseJun 9, 20262.0My grandson Aidan moved into his apartment on Monday. I went to visit him today and found that kitchen and bathroom cabinets were disassembled. He was told that the apartment was not in move in ready condition and that he needed to wait for hinges for cabinet doors. The sliding glass door to exit was stuck and had to be lifted and slided open. To slide shut again needed to be lifted as it appeared the door would come apart if forced. I had to leave for an appointment so I couldn't do a thorough review of the apartment.
