  She was very nice and friendly , I got a great vide off her. She answered all my questions I had shown me two apartments both nice and clean, didn’t seem like a rush job to view the places. Very cool , calm, and collective.

  A few months back, a resident called me because she was literally trying to pay out of her own pocket for repairs the property management should’ve handled. I couldn't believe the things I observed. We’re talking about a sink disposal leaking internally and dripping out of the electrical connection cover plate, arcing and tripping the breaker. The disposal was not on a GFCI protected outlet or protected circuit. The leak was soaking the cabinet, and clearly had been for a while. The sliding closet doors were hung so poorly they wouldn't stay on the track, and some baseboard heaters didn’t work at all. These weren't just cosmetic or convenience issues -- these were safety problems. When I gave her my estimate and she couldn’t afford it, I tried doing the right thing and contacted the office. Instead of taking note and responding to these issues, the woman I spoke to basically threatened me for being on the property and acted like I'd made everything up. She didn’t want to hear a single word about the electrical hazard or the heating issues. Honestly, I should’ve called the building inspector right then. She wasn't just disrespectful — she knowingly ignored serious safety risks. She ignored the fact her tenant had electrical hazards, heating issues, and water damage. It was as though those repair costs were coming out of her own check. As I drove past there yesterday I noticed a huge pothole and decided I needed to speak out about the company. Clearly this property manager and the company are not improving. I do hope people do their research before deciding to rent there.

  I thought I had already left a review but I dont see it here. THIS WAS THE WORST RENTING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! My car got hit in the parking lot MULTIPLE times and they couldn't do anything about it. My catalytic converter was stolen as well. None of these times did their 'security cameras' pick up license plates or show anything useful. Their "security" is useless. There were also bullet holes in my siding when I moved in which was very comforting 🙄... not. My storage unit kept getting broken into and again, nothing was done. They did not even offer any support or amendment. The trash was always disgusting and the entire place felt extremely unsafe. Their model apartment seems larger than the apartment you're actually given. This whole place is a scam. The app is awful. Maintenance sucked. Management sucked. Please DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!

  I made an appointment for a tour at 12 and it was closed and I wrote and they told me that they were going to send someone and no I don’t know how they can have such bad administration

  Necesito saber cómo se hace o a donde puedo ir para que vengan a inspeccionar estos condominios la nueva administración que hay no quiere resolver los problemas de los que vivimos aquí hacen caso omiso a las plagas que hay en los departamentos hay muchas cucarachas aparte las cosas que se dañan dentro de los apartamentos nos dicen que si queremos ellos los mandan arreglar pero nos los cobran aparte de todo esto ! Es un desastre huelen feo las entradas las alfombras están negras podridas a puro míao de perro los contained de basura están desvordados tenemos los audios de esa señora diciendo cosas burgares cuando le pedidos que nos arreglen las cosas que les corresponden a ellos ! Porfavor si alguien sabe a donde puedo ir déjeme saber Porfavor tengo pruebas audios videos y fotos de las malas condiciones que estamos viviendo
