I've been here for over 10 years - worked at the shitty hospitals across the street. Meritor owns these apartments. I'll have more input but right now this is pisses me off.

I've had a handful of maintenance issues and want to shout-out Bert and anyone else on the maintenance staff for diligently solving the problems that come up. Dawn, the community manager, has always responded to my questions and concerns in a timely manner. Although the buildings may not be the newest and most feature filled you get quality service from the property staff
- WMWilliam MickelsonNov 9, 20204.0I only lived here for 1 year before we purchased a place, but i really loved the place. I had an updated unit, and i can say that it was very nice for the price. Quiet buildings, securely locked, with a dishwasher and laundry in unit. The underground parking was a bonus! I've read most of these reviews and maybe that was their experiences, but i really didn't experience any of the negatives things i have read. The one thing i would encourage management to work on is Communication. They, at times, can be slow to get back to you. Other than that, i loved the place! Wanted to give 4.5 stars, but that wasn't an option.
